Pleasantly elegant and pleasantly unobtrusive Sauvignon Blanc from the Mock vineyard on steep slopes with gravel soils. Light greenish-yellow in colour, with a delicate aroma of elderflower, paprika, grapefruit and a hint of gooseberry. The well-balanced flavour is fruity, soft, with the right amount of strength and aromatic length. For us, this is undisputedly one of the best Sauvignon Bianco wines in this price range. Col d'Orcia's Rosso di Montalcino is a fabulous wine every year. Classic aromas of wild berries, camphor and ploughed earth as well as a hint of blue flowers. Noras displays a rich bouquet of crushed blackberries, plums, smoke and brown sugar, underpinned by minty herbal notes. The texture is velvety, with a polished feel to its red and black fruits and a delicately bitter hint of coffee and balsamic spices.
