    Petrolo's organically cultivated olive groves cover around 15 hectares with around 3,000 trees on hilly, loamy and stony soil. Typical regional varieties such as Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo thrive on the terraced cultivation areas. The olive oil is exclusively cold-pressed and gently extracted from the fruit. The blend of the three varieties is reflected in a stimulating, fresh colour. Stimulating tart and green notes on the nose.
