The latest creation from the creatives at Negroni is a ready-made cocktail blend consisting of the in-house Vermouth, an artisan gin and the award-winning Negroni bitters. Negroni's Fernet is made from over 20 herbs (including mint, chamomile, myrrh, elderberry and saffron) according to a strictly guarded family recipe. It matures for 12 months in large wooden barrels, which gives it softness, spiciness and depth. SUPERIORE.DE

Classic and traditional Amaro al Radicchio Rosso from Veneto. Radicchio Rosso is a variety ripening in winter with protected designation of origin. After crushing, the leaves are soaked in up to 60% alcohol for about 3 months. After pressing and filtering, alcohol and - as usual with half bittern - some sugar are added, as well as some herbs, the mixture of which the distillery keeps strictly secret. Negronis Amaro has a fine herbal aroma with hints of orange zest after a few weeks of ripening.

This desirable brandy is made from the marcs of the famous Bordeaux blend Capo di Stato. After 60 months of ageing in the barriques of the eponymous wine, this grappa riserva takes on a beautiful dark amber colour with copper-red reflections. Distinctly spicy notes of cocoa, leather, liquorice and red fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant give the palate the softness and elegance that only long ageing can provide. It is rounded off by the pure oak aftertaste that confirms the olfactory impressions. Full-bodied, spicy and endowed with great power. Excellent with a fine cigar and dark chocolate. SUPERIORE.DE

Negroni Grappa Reale RiservaDecanter) is distilled slowly and in a controlled manner in copper pot stills from a selection of excellent marcs from the hills of the Treviso region. It is then aged for 10 years in used oak barrels, which gives it its deep, amber colour. A strong, spicy distillate of great softness and warmth. SUPERIORE.DE

This Veronese speciality made from the marc of selected Amarone wines is distilled in small copper bubbles and then aged for 24 months in used barrique barrels. Amber in colour, candied fruit and chocolate on the nose, plus some vanilla and dark tones. A soft, dry and characterful brandy with a lot of character and personality. SUPERIORE.DE

This artisanal grappa is produced by slow bain-marie distillation using the discontinuous method from selected Glera marcs from the estate's own Prosecco Superiore DOCG production. The pressed marcs are immediately taken to the distillery, where they arrive fragrant and fresh. After maturing in steel tanks, the grappa rests for at least 24 months in barriques made of first-class French oak and acacia wood, where it acquires its beautiful amber hue and great finesse and softness.
