    Grappa bivitigno "aromatica"

    Marzadro's "bivitigno" grappa series, as the name suggests, always consists of two grape varieties that correspond in taste. Distillation is carried out slowly using the hot water bath method in a discontinuous steam still. This preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines and guarantees optimal results in terms of aromas and fragrances.

    Intensely aromatic grappa obtained from two marcs of white Trentino grapes, Gewürztraminer and Muscatel. The Muskateller comes from sunny soils of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello. Gewürztraminer, a grape variety native to South Tyrol, is grown in this region between 300 and 500 metres above sea level. The combination of these two varieties produces a wonderfully aromatic grappa with an intense floral scent of citrus notes and a harmonious, velvety structure. SUPERIORE.DE
