Capitel Croce is Anselmi's top white wine, made from 100% Garganega grapes and matured in old oak barrels. It opens slowly in the glass, with notes of green citrus and dusty dried flowers merging with freshly cut apricots and hints of ginger. It has a silky texture with ripe fruit and mineral notes that increase with every second. Finishes with medium length, blending young, crisp peach and inner flowers.
