The single-varietal Pandolfo matures for 9 months, 70% in steel tanks and 30% in Slovenian oak barrels, before maturing for at least 3 months in the bottle. The result is a dark ruby red colour in the glass. On the nose, it seduces with an aromatic bouquet reminiscent of cherries, liquorice, raspberries and spices.
