The small Maso Michei vineyard, owned by Martin Foradori, supplies the strictly selected grapes for this great Müller Thurgau. The vineyards at an altitude of over 800m have an ideal southern exposure and, with their special microclimate, provide the grapes for a wine of great aromatic depth, which rightly belongs to the best representatives of its grape variety from the Dolomite region. It is only released on the market after a further 12 months of ageing in the bottle and is only produced in the best vintages.

The almost flat vineyards of Gries near Bolzano are characterised by sandy alluvial soils permeated by quartz porphyry. The Lagrein grapes, which predominate in this fresh cuvée, reach full ripeness here thanks to the heat-retaining properties of the Bolzano valley basin and thus gain their typical velvety softness.
