“Carménère Più" Rosso Veneto IGT 2022
This is the epitome of a trattoria or bistro wine with an unmistakable Alpine flavour. The Carménère and Merlot grapes are matured separately for 12 months, 80% in third and fourth passage barriques and 20% in stainless steel. This is followed by the blending of the "Carménère Più", which then matures for four months in stainless steel before being bottled. Before being released for sale, it is left to refine in the bottle for at least six months. Deep red colour with blue-violet reflections. Elegant aroma of small dark berries, cocoa and black pepper. “Villa Petrognano” Rosso Pomino DOC 2021
The owner of Selvapiana, Francesco Giuntini, and the owner of the Petrognano winery, Cecilia Galeotti Ottieri, have enjoyed a long friendship. Their small winery on the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna is located in the centre of the Pomino DOC, which was first mentioned in a document in 1716 and is one of the first four protected appellations in Tuscany (alongside Rufina Classico, Carmignano and Valdarno Superiore). For some years now, the two have been linked by the "Villa Petrognano" project, under which one of the region's most authentic and best Pomino Rosso wines is produced under the aegis of Selvapiana.

Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC 2021
Brigaldara's Ripasso is created by the secondary fermentation of Valpolicella wine on the pomace of Amarone della Valpolicella. The contact between the Valpolicella wine and the Amarone marc, which is still rich in sugar, triggers a new fermentation. Bright ruby red colour. Bright and cheerful with aromas reminiscent of dried cherry, plum, pear and apricot. This wine shows plenty of bright fruit definition with subtle hints of tobacco, spice and rose petal. “Mazér” Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2020
"Mazér" is a dialect word from Valtellina and means "noble", an apt description of the character of this wine. It is a Valtellina Superiore and the quintessence of the experience that Nino Negri has gained since 1897 in the production of the Chiavennasca grape (Nebbiolo). A small part of the Nebbiolo grapes is dried for a few days - concentrating the grape juice - and then mixed with the rest of the grape mass.

“Tenuta Missoj” Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC 2021
Tenuta Missoj is a small winery in Mizzole with just 3.5 hectares of vineyards and is owned by the Campagnola family. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 200 metres on a well-ventilated and exposed hill, where the grapes can reach perfect and complete ripeness. The new prestige wine Valpolicella Ripasso "Tenuta di Missoj" comes from these soils, which already impressively showcased the typical characteristics of the appellation in the 2019 debut vintage.
