Fabius is a single-varietal Syrah that convincingly plays the trump cards of this much-praised international grape variety. The dark colour is almost opaque, the aroma of red and dark fruits with elegant spicy notes and vanilla is explosive, powerful and full-bodied, yet the taste is very balanced and persistent. The Turmhof selection is named after the historic "Castel Turmhof" estate, which is also the company's headquarters. The grapes come from several selected hillside vineyards up to 900 metres above sea level. They remain on the lees for several months, are partly matured in wooden barrels and brought to maturity, whereby particular attention is paid to the sensory complexity of the respective grape variety as well as structure and elegance.

Rami is an attractive and at the same time very individual blend of Grecanico and Inzolia. Bright golden yellow in colour with a slight, typical cloudiness of an orange wine and an initially restrained, reductive bouquet, with some aeration then sweetly scented with apricots, dried flowers and orange peel. Terlaner Cuvée (formerly Terlaner Classico) is the wine that best embodies the identity and personality of this iconic agricultural co-operative in South Tyrol.
