Due Uve bianco is a cheerful and informal blend of Chardonnay and Garganega and pays homage to the volcanic soils that characterise the vineyards east of Verona. Blend of Sangiovese (approx. 80%) and Petit Verdot from the south-west slope in small quantities < 5,000 bottles. The soil has a brown colour, a clayey-loamy texture, limestone slabs and a rounded skeleton. Only the Sangiovese matures for a few months in French oak, after which it is blended and matured in the bottle. Ruby red in colour with violet reflections.
