The vineyards of the five grape varieties are located between 350 and 800 metres above sea level and face south-west. The vines grow on dolomite, porphyry, sand and marl soils. As a young wine, Manna has golden yellow colour nuances, which turn into strong golden tones after a few years of maturation. Manna is very special: complex, multi-layered with a bouquet of elderberry, pistachio, apricot, nutmeg and delicate rose petals. Concentrated, full-bodied and at the same time elegant and complex in flavour. A racy wine that can be discovered from different perspectives as it develops, revealing its character more and more.
