Baccanera is an aromatic Piedmontese cuvée made from Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Noble, dark garnet colour with a delicately brightening rim. The grapes for this elegant Pinot Nero come from the warm and well-ventilated hillside vineyards on the Ritten and in Oberleitach. Rich ruby red colour in the glass. The small Maso Michei vineyard, owned by Martin Foradori, supplies the strictly selected grapes for this great Müller Thurgau. The vineyards at an altitude of over 800m have an ideal southern exposure and, with their special microclimate, provide the grapes for a wine of great aromatic depth, which rightly belongs to the best representatives of its grape variety from the Dolomite region. It is only released on the market after a further 12 months of ageing in the bottle and is only produced in the best vintages.
