Etna Rosso comes from the Torreguarino and Pietramarina vineyards on Etna. Bright, sparkling ruby red colour with a transparent core. The antithesis of this wine is the grape varieties and their processing. 60% Merlot and 40% Sangiovese from completely different terroirs are blended here to make a wine that is produced using both traditional (Merlot) and modern (Sangiovese) appassimento methods. Part of the Sangiovese grapes are dried before pressing, which makes the wine deeper, more velvety and fruitier.

Deep ruby colour with violet reflections. Spicy aroma with notes of black pepper and tobacco and beautiful, very present cherry fruit. Warm and enveloping on the palate, with good glycerin and great harmony. The fruit centre is enveloped by fresh tannins that give it structure and good ageing potential. The Turmhof selection is named after the historic "Castel Turmhof" estate, which is also the company's headquarters. The grapes come from several selected hillside vineyards up to 900 metres above sea level. They remain on the lees for several months, are partly matured in wooden barrels and brought to maturity, whereby particular attention is paid to the sensory complexity of the respective grape variety as well as structure and elegance.

The name "Conus" comes from the Latin term for cone and refers to the Margreider Schuttkegel and its gentle slopes. Forget everything you think you know about rosé. The grapes for this masterpiece come from four different vineyards, one of which, Madonna degli Angeli, is home to vines aged 45-90 years. Rosa del Rosa is the archetype of complexity and aromatic density, while at the same time being supple and elegant. This well-balanced Dolcetto from Chiara Boschis is rich and fruity. Violet red in colour, with a nose of blackberry, candied cherries and some stewed plums. Palazzotto is the name of the two hectares of vineyard where only Cabernet Sauvignon is grown. Fausto Maculan vinifies a fine wine from these grapes. Francesco Ricasoli, the likeable and ambitious owner of Castello di Brolio, brings out the elegance and finesse as well as a marvellous depth of fruit in his wines. Rocca Guicciarda Riserva is a soft, silky wine. Dark ruby in colour, it has a rich, open bouquet of cherry and pomegranate, with a fine almond and tobacco note. Ca' Brione is Nino Negri's top white wine and was first produced in 1986. The geological origins of the soil date back to the time when the African and European plates collided to form the Alps. The resulting variety of rocks gives the wine minerality and elegance.

Fresh yellow colour with greenish reflections. Balsamic, elegant, slightly reductive bouquet with hints of apple, pear and spices, delicate nuances of strawberries and almond blossom. Deep and rich in flavour, yet fresh and harmonious, with an elegant, very pleasant bitter note and fresh acidity paired with minerality in the long final.
