The first year of production of the single-varietal Merlot Clos Roareti dates back to 2004. The grapes are harvested from the 2 hectare historic Rovereti vineyard in Negrar. In this 100-year-old vineyard, which is surrounded by equally old walls, Merlot has been cultivated since the 1990s and is perfectly adapted to the climate and the red clay soil. The palate is rich and full-bodied with complex and very aromatic notes. Maturation in oak barrels gives this wine its special flavour and certain opulence. SUPERIORE.DE

"Fallwind" is the new name for the Pinot Nero Riserva with a feminine aroma of sweet fruit, flowers, minerals and spices. Slender and delicate on the palate, with great balance. Pinot Noir is a diva with high demands on soil and climate and requires a lot of attention in the cellar. For Riserva quality, the vine must also be at least ten years old and thrive in an excellent location. The date on the label (1212 AD) indicates when the winery was given its current name. Deep, powerful dark violet colour. The evening fall winds of the Mendel Mountains characterise the entire terroir of the St. Michael-Eppan winery. The fall wind is the natural force that blows over the vineyard every day, positively influencing the climate and supporting the valuable work of the winegrowers at the cooperative winery.

Lagrein Riserva, made from the best grapes from classic single vineyard sites in the Bolzano valley basin, is a complex red wine that captivates with its powerful structure and diverse flavours. According to Francesco Ricasoli, Torricella is "the white soul of Brolio" and comes from a vineyard that was originally planted with Malvasia Toscana vines and was located near a well-known Tuscan estate. This estate was called Torricella. Since 2003, this vineyard has been planted entirely with Chardonnay vines, producing a white wine with enormous ageing potential. Francesco comments: "With Torricella, a very great white wine was created from the very first vintage, which is able to give its best even after many years of ageing. It is surprising that even 50 or even 70-year-old vintages are still lively and fresh. Take a look at the analysis data - alcohol, total acidity, pH value and volatile acidity - which very often prove the longevity of this wine."

The complex bouquet is reminiscent of citrus fruits, white flowers and honey, with a wonderfully fresh and velvety balance on the palate. The full and fresh fruit is joined by a fine hint of vanilla and cinnamon, and this white wine also has a discreet minerality and subtle spiciness that make it unique.
