“L’Albereta” Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva DOCG 2021 (BIO)
L'Albereta is Alessio Logi's top wine from the single vineyard of the same name, which is also organically farmed. It owes its unmistakable identity to its rich, full-bodied texture, among other things. Matured for 12 months in oak barrels, it is rich in apricots, honey, cedar wood and roasted almonds. L'Albereta is a ripe and fleshy sun wine with a long, creamy finish flanked by smoke, spices and a delicate hint of cinnamon. It is already pleasant, but will become much richer and more complex over the next five to 12 years. SUPERIORE.DE
"Spicy-fruity bouquet, notes of peach and acacia blossom; the attack is mineral and compact, the acidity well integrated, notes of white pepper and plenty of fruit on the final." Vinum
"A fresh, juicy and lively white wine with aromas of lemons, dried herbs and mild spices on the nose. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity. Crisp green apple character on the palate with a lively citrus influence. Full-bodied and full of flavour." James Suckling

Barbaresco “Spezie” Riserva DOCG 2015
The Nebbiolo grapes for this archetypal Barbaresco come from marl soils at an altitude of about 250 metres. After two years of ageing in large wood and a further 6-7 (!) years of bottle maturity, here comes a wine on the market which, with its perfectly matured tannins and fine sweet melting, is already giving even the most impatient Nebbiolo fan a lot of pleasure.
Ruby red with garnet reflections, convincing, spicy bouquet of violets, moss, rose petals and small red fruits. Nice pressure on the palate, yet open-hearted, fresh and full-bodied, with well-dosed extract-sweet notes of maraschino cherry and a beautiful fruit that promises another great future in combination with the fine-meshed tannin. SUPERIORE.DE
"Rich bright cherry red with dark reflections. Inviting bouquet of juicy wild raspberries, blackberries, also something of cardamom and delicate bourbon vanilla. Pleasant on the nose, winds gracefully through the palate, powerful in body with a sparse structure, yet clear, goes into the lingering final with good pressure." Falstaff
"Lustrous maturing ruby with orange tinges. Sweetly scented ripe cherry nose with the merest suggestion of fruit cake and hugely appealing. A succulent mouthful of marasca-cherry fruit with coating tannins. Long, concentrated and highly enjoyable and still not at its peak." Jancis Robinson
"Rich and broad with a fleshy opulence to the wine. Blackberries touched by truffle oil, smoked meats, and dried herb perfume." Decanter
"A solid 2015 Barbaresco with spice, cedar and plum character. Full body, lots of fruit and chewy tannins. This needs time to soften and come together." James Suckling

“Praesulis” Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2021
Praesulis Pinot Noir is the latest addition to Markus Prackwieser's wine family. Gentle, bright ruby red colour with a delicately brightening rim. The nose is characterised by appealing wild berries, blood orange and fresh cherries, followed by fine creamy notes and a toasted undertone. Juicy on the palate, with fresh, very well-integrated tannins and a fine salty flavour, very harmonious on the finish with a subtle mountain spice aftertaste. SUPERIORE.DE
"Rich, shiny garnet with ruby red nuances. Elegant and inviting on the nose with precise fruit, slightly chilled wood, hibiscus, a hint of nutmeg. Present on the palate with beautiful tension and fine-grained tannins, again precise fruit, persistent, very successful." Falstaff
"The 2021 Pinot Noir Praesulis blossoms in the glass with a bouquet of dusty roses and smoky wild berries. On the palate, it unfolds a silky texture with salty minerals and tart red and black fruits, accompanied by a lively acidity. The 2021 creates tension and finishes long and gently tannic with a spicy aftertaste." Vinous

Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG 2019 (BIO)
Deep, bright ruby red colour. Stunning aromas of floral dark berries, flint and attractive aromatic spices. Then fresh and juicy, but with a creeping concentration of blue and black fruit flavours, lifted by a zesty minerality and lively, harmonious acidity. The spicy, long finish is reminiscent of cloves, black pepper and coriander. A great wine, and we know now at the latest: The Catania family has a real knack for Cerasuolo di Vittoria. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright ruby red with a brightening rim. On the nose, wild berries, cinnamon, fresh raspberries, a hint of blood orange, rosehip, cold smoke. The palate is sweet and melting, with crisp, racy acidity, very precise and fragrant, with floral hints and a salty, lively acidity on the finish, exciting!" Falstaff
"The organic Gulfi 2019 Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico shows a medium dark appearance with a hint more concentration that you might normally expect of this appellation. Indeed, the 2019 vintage shows more richness overall. This wine is ripe and amply framed by ripe cherry, dark plum and dried blueberry skins." Wine Advocate
"Aromas of crushed black cherry, plum, fig, leather and rosemary. Medium-to full-bodied with fine, silky tannins. Nice tension and clarity here. Juicy red fruit with some black-tea character. Succulent and very tasty." James Suckling
"Dark and moody in the glass, the 2019 Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico lifts up with a blend of mentholated herbs and medicinal blackberry offset by balsamic spice. This is zesty and energetic, yet still quite potent, with a mass of tart wild berry fruits motivated by saline-tinged acidity. It finishes long, leaving a pretty inner sweetness and violet florals. Black raspberry traces slowly fade. The 2019 is a robust Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico that drinks beautifully now yet should also mature well over the next five to eight years." Vinous

“Valmaggiore” Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC 2022
This Nebbiolo comes from one of the best vineyards in the Roero and is vinified by Luciano Sandrone with the same care as a Barolo. Brilliant ruby-garnet colour. Wonderful aroma of light red fruit, mainly raspberry and cherry. Earthy on the palate with a lovely strawberry touch and an incredible amount of elegance. The fine-grained tannins are wonderfully integrated and, together with a subtle minerality, give this Nebbiolo a race, depth and finesse that is unrivalled. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright, shiny ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Subtle nose, a potpourri of watermelon, oranges and rose hips, light spice on the finish. On the palate with a polished fruit core and great juiciness, comes in several waves, savoury, radiant, drinks very well." Falstaff
"Very restrained on the nose, with liquorice, smoky forest notes and dried and ripe cherries. Firm tannins, somewhat dusty on the mid-palate, with refreshing acidity, a medium body and good fruit concentration." James Suckling

Limitation of 6 articles per customer“Disanfrancesco” Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2021
The grapes for this Nebbiolo all come from recent Barolo sites and Roberto Voerzio (who would have thought otherwise) applies the same perfectionism to his work in the vineyard and cellar as he does to his great Barolos. And so here is a Nebbiolo in a class of its own that conveys enormous joy and excitement with every sip. Bright and lively bouquet of wild berries, black cherry, liquorice and grilled herbs. Then on the palate, medium pressure, very smooth texture and a mouthfeel like velvet and silk. Not quite as punchy as a house Barolo, but with plenty of style and a finesse and elegance that is to the point. SUPERIORE.DE

Top Barbera from the Montemareto hill in the Nizza DOCG. Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Cherry, black cherry, sweet spices and floral notes of violets on the nose. Deep and complex on the palate, with an intense fruit centre and soft tannins, intense long finish, great! SUPERIORE.DE
"Blackberry, plum and spice flavors are enhanced by the polished texture of this rich, dense red. Accents of tamarind and roasted almond add detail as this winds down on the tactile finish." Wine Spectator
"Black fruit, sage and toasted walnuts on the nose. Some blood oranges. It’s full-bodied with approachable, fine tannins. Supple and tasty finish." James Suckling

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2019
Caparzo is one of two estates in Montalcino (the other is Altesino, by the way) owned by the extremely charming Elisabetta Gnudi Angelini.
Caparzo's Brunello di Montalcino is a very classic interpretation that delivers the perfect stuff without any distracting frills. The nose is fruity and warm at the same time: aromas of strawberries, cherries and hibiscus flirt with notes of dark chocolate, orange peel and stones bathing in the sun. On the palate, a wave of cranberry brings an astringency that refreshes a lingering stony note before the chocolate returns on the finish. The firm, imposing tannins creep up slowly, adding depth without weighing the wine down. Great value! SUPERIORE.DE
"Fruity bouquet, dark cherries, but also cassis and blue berries. Behind this, however, very clear notes of cherry, blackberries and marvellous floral hints. Polished and pleasing on the palate, round, with fine, round tannins, sweet berries." Weinwisser
"Ruby red with brightening edges. Intense nose of ripe cherry, some leather and beeswax, reminiscent of blood orange on the final. Clear fruit again on the palate, fine woody spice, with a certain pressure and pithy tannins." Falstaff
"The 2019 captures its overtly fragrant disposition. Fennel, mint and aniseed linger on the palate. Plush and soft texture with a predominant blackcurrant flavour. The fine tannins harmonise with the zesty acidity. An uncomplicated and attractive wine overall." Decanter
"Rich and supple, with aromas and flavours of cherry, blackberry, graphite and tobacco. The dense, dusty tannins are evident in the long, lively finish, in which a slight astringency lingers." Wine Spectator
"The 2019 Brunello di Montalcino opens slowly in the glass, but it's worth the wait as a dusty mix of dried flowers, cedar shavings, wild strawberries and spice unfolds over time. It is silky and enveloping with fresh acidity and pretty wild berries that gain sweetness over the palate. The finish is long and colourful but still lively and tangy, leaving a layer of fine tannins and liquorice notes that resonate under a hint of violet blossom. The 2019 is a beautiful interpretation of the fruit of northern Montalcino." Vinous
"The Caparzo 2019 Brunello di Montalcino offers vibrant flavours of cherry-cola, wild berries and dried cranberries, which are very much in evidence on the nose. The wine's dimension and scope are impressive, especially in terms of mouthfeel. What works best in my opinion, however, is the wine's balanced and much-needed freshness. You get a great quality." Wine Advocate
"Quite pure fruit with flavours of black cherries, black berries and light chocolate. The palate is full and focused with very polished tannins and a long, long finish." James Suckling

“Nussbaumer” Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2022
The world-famous Gewürztraminer Nussbaumer has been a real benchmark for years and is also a convincing wine in terms of longevity. Bright yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Typically perfect, complex and deep, but also agile and fresh with beautiful nuances. A broad bouquet of rose petals, smoke and oriental spices. On the palate it flows silky smooth, velvety and spicy, lingers for a long time, great! SUPERIORE.DE
"Quite a fine, somewhat nutty, floral and herbaceous-vegetable citrus nose with pome and stone fruit notes, a hint of lychee, some yellow spice and orange zest. Ripe, juicy, tightly knit fruit with yellow spice, nutty flavours and floral tones, very fine acidity and a certain sweetness, power and melting on the palate, but also bite, fine vegetal notes, a hint of caramel, moderate grip, persistent, restrained power, certain depth, quite complex, a hint of vanilla and smoke, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish." Wein-Plus
"Bright and aromatic, with rich notes of lychee, melon, rose petals, peach skin and tangerine as well as savoury hints of blood orange, white pepper and cardamom. This silky, delicious version has a pleasant hint of pink grapefruit peel on the finish." Wine Spectator
"Intense aromas of orange blossoms, honeysuckle, spiced tropical fruit and lychees. Off-dry and full-bodied on the palate, with creamy flavors and a long, composed finish. Moderate acidity with a subtle saline smack at the end. A delicious gewurztraminer to enjoy now." James Suckling

“Aria di Caiarossa” Rosso Toscana IGT 2020 (BIO)
Aria di Caiarossa is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Alicante, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon - in decreasing order. At this young stage, you can taste the purity of the primary flavours with wild cherry and raspberry, underpinned by dark spice and a hint of crushed mineral. These elegant mineral notes can be found throughout the Caiarossa portfolio. SUPERIORE.DE
"Rich, almost impenetrable ruby red colour with slightly brightening edges. Ripe wild berries and rich plums on the nose, with hints of dark chocolate and wet leather on the finish. Full-bodied on the palate, with fine tannins, juicy and a long-lasting final." Falstaff
"Although fruity, with flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry, this red wine has a certain weight. It finds a nice balance, with an earthy note and a slight tactile feel of tannins on the finish." Wine Spectator
"The 2020 Aria di Caiarossa is very generous and rich with full-bodied flavours of black fruits, sweet spices and cinnamon. The oak needs another year or two to integrate. Black fruits are the main protagonists, but baking chocolate and a hint of crushed limestone play a supporting role." Wine Advocate
"The Aria di Caiarossa 2020 is dark, fleshy and very expressive. Black cherry, mocha, new leather, liquorice, spices and lavender are beautifully enhanced. Resonant and wonderfully deep, the Aria 2020 is showing very well today. Silky tannins round off the whole in style." Vinous
"This fascinating blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Grenache has a real minerality. It exudes light balsamic notes with hints of cardamom and chocolate. Juicy and succulent, with flavours of dark cherries and plums, silky tannins and a juicy background. It comes from the estate's youngest vineyards, planted at an altitude of 200-350 metres." Decanter
"The nose offers a captivating mix of nuanced fruit flavours, from Bing cherries to rhubarb and pomegranate, and then a fresh herbal note, with mint and fennel. On the palate, the tannins lead to dark fruits that finally explode in a powerful, peppery finish. A reminder that Bolgheri is not the only part of Maremma worth plundering, especially in this price range." Wine Enthusiast
"It is fresh and crisp with notes of red and dark berries as well as spices and citrus peel. Medium to full-bodied. It is polished and velvety, with balanced acidity and a polished finish." James Suckling

Radici Taurasi DOCG 2018
A very special wine made from overripe and strictly selected Aglianico grapes that thrive in Mastroberardino's south-facing vineyards. The Taurasi is aged for two years in oak barrels and one year in the bottle. A wine with a fascinating personality, power and extremely high ageing Storage potential. SUPERIORE.DE
"The 2018 Taurasi Radici is like pushing through a cinder block to find a treasure chest of exotic spices, incense and cinnamon-coloured blackcurrants. It's a soft and generous expression of Radici, with a depth of tart black fruits balanced by dark chocolate and sour citrus notes. It finishes with tremendous length, but without the typical hard tannins associated with Aglianico in its youth, leaving behind inner earth and herbal notes. The 2018 finishes on a savoury note. This Radici is a much stronger expression of Radici." Vinous
"Bright ruby red with a slightly brightening rim. On the nose, ripe heart cherries and dark forest berries, with an aftertaste of violets, leather and undergrowth, very complex. Fresh and savoury on the palate, with fine-grained and well-integrated tannins, lots of ripe fruit, long final, a long runner." Falstaff
"The Mastroberardino 2018 Taurasi Radici, with its distinctive black label, offers impressive complexity with a long succession of flavours that include dried blackberries, cherry liqueur, tarry smoke, campfire ash, sweet baking spices and cinnamon. Blackberries, rosemary sprigs and forest floor also characterise the bouquet. The whole is rounded off with soft tobacco. This wine displays powerful fruit and an equally balanced oak flavour. The tannins are well integrated and the Radici is long-lasting." Wine Advocate
"The nose is heavy with dark fruit and flowers, but edgier, slightly spicy aromas of graphite and pepper provide balance. On the palate, the fruit sweetens but is balanced by bitter dark chocolate, before an overwhelming earthiness arrives riding an avalanche of dusty tannins, and a rush of acid harkens back to the subtle metallic tang of the nose." Maglen, the Pinot Noir Riserva, has class. Full-bodied, persistent and full of tension, it delights with its forest berry flavour and beautiful herbal spice in the nose and mouth. Very elegant and polished on the finish. SUPERIORE.DE
"The Pinot Noir Riserva Maglen begins with dark fruits, plums and blackcurrants, followed by wet slate. The wine is concise, clear and bright. It also shows a subtle hint of something smoked. However, the mouthfeel is lean and light." Wine Advocate
"A cool, elegant Pinot Noir with lots of berries, grapefruit and hints of vanilla spice, Earl Grey and stones. Juicy and structured on the palate with a medium to full body, impressive tension and mineral drive on the berry-accentuated finish." James Suckling

“Arte” Rosso Langhe DOC 2021
Strongly Nebbiolo-influenced variant of a Langhe Rosso and thus in the impression like a Barolo with the discreetly juicy and fruity component of the Barbera grape. On the nose some cherry and blueberry, then autumn leaves, walnuts and forest floor. Very soft and delicate on the palate, the polished tannins make it seem smoother and more accessible than the Nebbiolo dominance would suggest. A wine of great freshness and complexity, with good structure and made for a long life. SUPERIORE.DE
"The Domenico Clerico 2021 Langhe Arte offers a hybrid of flavors from the playlist of both Piedmont native grapes. Aged in new and neutral oak, the wine has the wild, delicate aromas of Nebbiolo along with the thicker fiber and black fruit aromas that come with Barbera. There is some sweet spice on the close and you get a lot of food-pairing versatility with this wine."

Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2021 (BIO)
Attractive, juicy Riserva with classic flavours of sour cherries, sour cherries, dark forest fruits and a subtle hint of liquorice. Elegant fruit and delicate structure on the palate, compact, well-integrated tannins. It walks the fine line between elegance and power, with the firm structure and lively acidity ensuring that it is concentrated and long. SUPERIORE.DE
"Brilliant ruby colour with a dark core. Dark and multi-layered on the nose, black cherry, saddle leather, roasted flavours, also balsamic notes. On the palate with present, tightly woven tannins, compact fruit, lively acidity, complex and long, great." Falstaff
"Deep, dark ruby red colour. Brooding, concentrated sweet cherry fruit nose. Lots of juicy, concentrated cherry fruit with layers of enveloping tannins. Animating, tannic and tangy." Jancis Robinson
"The Chianti Classico Riserva 2021 is a classic Brancaia wine. Dark, resonant and multi-layered in the glass, the 2021 shows remarkable depth of style. Hints of mocha, new leather and brown spices come together in this decidedly lush, structured Riserva." Vinous
"Clean and polished, the 2021 opens with mocha-coloured notes of red cherry, cedar and balsamic wood. The palate reveals darker fruit tones with a hint of truffle. The bright fruit character matches the soft tannins, while a creamy texture is countered by crisp acidity. Beautiful structure for medium-term ageing." Decanter
"In the bottle with the wine-red label, the Brancaia 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva from organic cultivation is subtle at first glance with spicy aromas of dried fruit, black cherries and floral earth. I have the feeling that this sample doesn't quite realise its full potential, but that could be because it needs more time in the bottle. A mild, medium-bodied mouthfeel is topped with balanced acidity." Wine Advocate
"A blend of black cherry, blackberry and floral flavours is underlined by a firm structure in this fleshy red wine. Intense and balanced, with a lingering mineral aftertaste. The finish feels crisp and offers a light tactile sensation on the palate." Wine Spectator
"Very attractive interplay of dark berries, chocolate and roasted spices with good concentration and depth. Bright, focussed and very juicy, with medium body and consistent acidity. Flavourful and crisp." James Suckling

“Via del Campo” Falanghina Irpinia DOC 2021
Light straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, ripe herbal aromas, tonic, sweet lemon, grapefruit and apricot. Juicy and penetrating on the palate, with a lovely floral lift and energy that leads seamlessly into the long, complex finish with a salty bite and a distinct minerality. A beautiful, distinctive single-vineyard Falanghina in a class of its own. SUPERIORE.DE
"Luigi Moio takes the Falanghina grape to soaring new heights. The Quintodecimo 2021 Irpinia Falanghina Via del Campo is the result of 20 years of research and experimentation, I am told. Professor Moio's dream of a vintage that balances both alcohol and acidity was realized in 2021. With fruit from a site located from 300 to 440 meters in elevation on calcareous clay soils, this wine offers fresh and exotic tones of tropical fruit, kiwi and green papaya. However, there is a unique textural richness to the wine that feels glossy and silky but never too waxy or heavy." Wine Advocate

“Mauritius” Lagrein/Merlot Alto Adige DOC 2020
Dark garnet red with ruby red reflections. Complex bouquet of wild berries, underlaid with a hint of spice and cocoa. Dark fruit again on the palate, some smoke and tar, the fine-meshed tannins lend a wonderful structure, with a delicate woody spice on the finish. SUPERIORE.DE
"Rich, radiant purple colour. Appealing nose, ripe blackberry, cassis, some cigar box. Fruity on the palate, subtle violet notes, powerful, animating acidity structure, dense tannins, lingers for a long time." Falstaff
"This wine is firm and full-bodied. It is full of dark cherries, blueberries, coffee and tea leaves, wrapped in a robust and compact tannin structure." James Suckling
"A bend of two complementary grapes, each with soft tannins, the oak-fermented and aged 2020 Lagrein Merlot Mauritius opens to thick black fruit, spice, sweet plum and a hint of barbecue smoke. The wine carries extra fruit weight but the impact is smooth and silky." Wine Advocate

“Stilèma” Fiano di Avellino Riserva DOCG 2018
"The Stilèma project was born as a testimony of Antonio Mastroberardino's love for his land, his vines and his wines, for their original character." Piero Mastroberardino
The project aims to highlight the link between the vines, the wines and their territorial origins. In this way, the Mastroberardino family wants to recreate the style of winemaking of the autochthonous grape varieties of Irpinia (Greco, Fiano and Aglianico) that took place between the end of the 1950s and the beginning of the 1970s of the twentieth century for the Taurasi and between the years 1970 and 1980 for the two white wines from Irpinia. It is the unmistakable style (the stilèma) of a family that has interpreted the natural heritage of its territory over generations and today impressively highlights the genuine character of the terroir, which by no means can be expressed by high concentration and intensity alone.
Pale straw yellow with light green reflections. The 24 months of yeast ageing of this exceptional Fiano create a fascinating balance and complexity of the aroma profile with classic hints of flint, fine saltiness, the scent of fresh almonds, cedar wood and wild herbs. The taste is lively with a pronounced mineral note, accompanied by an inspiring freshness that gives it great drinkability and finesse. The precise and very long finish is also extremely convincing. SUPERIORE.DE
"Lean and mineral, with a pure fruit bundle of apricot and white cherry and base notes of stone and salt, with accents of white flowers, pink grapefruit pith, liquorice and smoked almond. Supple and well-integrated, with a delicious, lingering finish." Wine Spectator
"The 2018 Fiano di Avellino Riserva Stilèma opens slowly with notes of dried flowers and crushed stones that are replaced by apricots and ginger. It is silky yet supple, showing its minerality up front accompanied by tart fruit. The final is structured and long, colouring the palate with youthful concentration as notes of young peach and raw almond fade away. The 2018 is a powerful interpretation of Fiano Stilèma. Give it some time to relax." Vinous
"Slightly reticent nose, with suggestions of lemon flowers and dry minerals. Opens up on the silky, full-bodied palate to offer lovely fresh lemon and creamy mineral flavors that are driven by subtle acidity through the long finish. This is a noble, refined fiano that’s drinking so well now." James Suckling
"The Mastroberardino 2018 Fiano di Avellino Riserva Stiléma has been upgraded to Riserva and is creamy and smooth. The wine shows a medium fruit weight with notes of fruit trees and preserved lemons, enhanced by light oak spice and vanilla. Even more than the Greco Riserva Stiléma, which I also tasted, this Fiano seems more modern or "New World" in personality." Wine Advocate

“Casòn Hirschprunn” Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2018 (BIO)
Casòn Rosso is a Rosso produced on the basis of the rare, French Tannat grape, which rounds off the small edition of Lageder wines, which, although experimental, can rightly be described as unique and of a very high standard. Intense, fruity bouquet of plums and blackberries, plus some leather, smoke and green tea. Medium pressure on the palate, with an overwhelming juiciness and freshness, sublime tannins, delicate bitter notes on the finish. A wine that needs some time to mature in the bottle, but one that is not easily forgotten. SUPERIORE.DE

“Vigneto di Campolungo” Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 2018 (BIO)
Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigneto di Campolungo offers an interesting potpourri of ripe fruit, including blackberry, cassis and small wild strawberries, rounded off by a warm woody spice. Modern and polished on the palate, with a beautiful fruity centre, it is multi-layered, with plenty of pressure and length and balanced tannins as it progresses. The vines grow at an altitude of around 500 metres, which gives this cru a wonderful freshness and plenty of drinkability. Should gain in elegance with further bottle ageing. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright cherry aroma with liquorice and star anise. Smooth texture, firm tannins, shows good typicity with good length." Decanter
"On the nose, the fresh sweetness of cherries and strawberries is balanced by the lightly bitter astringency of orange jam and fennel. The fruit sweetens and deepens on the palate thanks to a rich, full mocha flavor, but strict, imposing tannins and acid preserve order." Wine Enthusiast
"With flavours of black cherry, plum, chocolate and iron, this rich red wine impresses across the board. Fresh and refined, with velvety tannins that support the long-lasting aftertaste, while notes of eucalyptus and tobacco enhance the complex finish." Wine Spectator
"The organically grown Lamole di Lamole 2018 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigneto di Campolungo draws its fruit from a long row of vineyards stretching from the hill of Lamole towards Greve and orientated towards the sunset. This wine is creamy and medium-bodied with blackberry jam, tarry spice and earthy orris roots." Wine Advocate

“Nerobaronj” Nero d’Avola Terre Siciliane IGT 2019 (BIO)
Deep ruby red colour. Intense aroma of raspberry, red cherry, violets and spices. Sweet, spicy and yet light-footed, it convinces with a great inner energy that gives the red fruits, herbs and mineral flavours an impressive expression. In the never-ending finish, Nerobaronj is vibrant and with striking tannins, which lend additional emphasis. SUPERIORE.DE
"Smoke, balsamic blackberries and baked black cherries on the nose. Rich and medium- to full-bodied on the palate with supportive, fine tannins and a lengthy, coated finish. Really fine-grained." James Suckling
"Depths of black cherry, plum sauce, sage and clove are grounded by animal musk as the 2019 NeroBaronj smolders up from the glass. It flows across the palate like pure silk, refined and seamless in feel, with ripe wild berry fruits and exotic citrus tones that add contrast toward the close. The 2019 finishes long yet closes in upon itself with youthful poise, allowing fine tannins to resonate. Sour cherry notes stick around for a bit. This is elegance personified." Vinous
