From Brancaia's marc of the best Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of a vintage, the famous Distillerie Berta produces this fine grappa, aged for 12 months in barriques. The Bolognas - Barbera pioneers from Piedmont - have their Grappa Invecchiata di Bricco dell'Uccellone produced every year by the famous Distelleria Berta. Obtained from the marc of the Bricco dell'Uccellone, distilled according to the classic, discontinuous method by the Berta grappa dynasty in Mombaruzzo, Piedmont, matured in those wooden barrels in which the coveted and avant-garde Barbera wine was previously aged. Only about 4,000 bottles of this noble distillate are produced.

The famous Romano Levi distillery was bought by an old friend of Levi and an investor from the town of Neive after his death (1 May 2010). Their aim is to maintain the tradition, art and spirit of Romano Levi in Neive. Today, the old distillery has been completely renovated and converted into a museum. The new owners continue to use the old Levi still. The technology and the barrels, however, are new in order to produce a higher quality, more sophisticated grappa.

From Romano Levi's huge legacy of hand-painted labels, we have now been able to select some of the most interesting graphics, which - reproduced in high quality - are available exclusively from us.

The fresh, must-soaked marc is compressed in underground pits immediately after delivery in order to naturally extract all the aromas and flavours of the grape. Distillation takes place exclusively in the months of March and April using the discontinuous method on direct fire and the very special characteristics perfected by Levi. Antica Cuvée - here in the high alcoholic dosage form "Cask Strength" - is a fine, very aromatic Riserva. Nonino uses the traditional still for distillation. The inviting clear amber colour is the result of storage in small barrels. A very special note is given to the cuvée by the small but essential addition of young grappa, which has matured for a year in Limousin barriques. Fruity, warm, velvety and long-lasting. The 30th vintage grappa is here: Amber-coloured in the glass like warm, shiny gold. The bouquet is delicately spiced with cedar wood, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and coffee, as well as delicate notes of candied fruit, a little honey and a fragrant, sweet hint of jasmine. Powerful on the palate, structured with a soft fullness; fine varietal fruit and herbal aromas blend very elegantly with warm spicy barrique notes, with a long final with a hint of aniseed and liquorice - a truly majestic grappa! The brilliantly clear Grappa Cru Monovitigno Pignolo was produced in very limited quantities and bottled in 150 numbered decanters with a vintage label, exclusively available only at SUPERIORE.DE It is a single-varietal grappa made from marc of the rare Pignolo grape from the Nonino vineyard in Buttrio in Friuli. It is rich, elegant and velvety smooth with a pronounced wild berry flavour.

With "Cru Monovitigno Pignolo", the Noninos are taking part in the "Omaggio a Venezia" project, an initiative involving prestigious Italian brand producers such as Alessi, Loro Piana, Missoni, Tod's, Trussardi and others. "Omaggio a Venezia" aims to help the city fathers of Venice to preserve the artistic and architectural heritage, this unique and unmistakable style of Venice.

Part of the proceeds from the sale will be given to the city of Venice for the restoration of the 17th century "Camerino degli Stucchi" in the Ca'Rezzonico Museum. SUPERIORE.DE

Amber-coloured grappa made from the marc of selected grapes from Friuli with an ageing period of eight years in small barrels of various woods. Soft, elegant bouquet, complex, velvety and persistent on the palate. We discover fruity and floral notes, vanilla and almonds, dried fruit and grapes. Picolit is an old, autochthonous vine from Friuli with white, loose-berried grapes that suffer severely from trickling. Only some of the flowers are fertilised and only a few, very small berries ripen, in which the full expressive power of the vine is concentrated. Due to its rarity and exceptional characteristics, the vine was known throughout the imperial courts of Europe.

On 1 December 1973, Benito and Giannola Nonino created the first single-varietal grappa, Monovitigno Nonino, by distilling the pomace of the Picolit grape separately. To mark this 50th anniversary, a limited quantity of grappa was distilled separately from selected Picolit pomace from the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 harvests. This distillation process, which separates the first and last run, takes place very slowly so that the volatile components responsible for the fragrance can evaporate properly and then condense. This preserves the valuable organoleptic properties of the respective grape variety.

A single-varietal grappa of exceptional elegance, engaging, harmonious and multi-layered with a very long final. On the nose, it is reminiscent of honey-filled honeycombs, the scent of
field flowers, ripe quinces, young Moscato wine and freshly picked figs. The flavours are immediately confirmed on the palate, with hints of apricot, almonds and fresh bread crust. Paradisiacal! SUPERIORE.DE

In 2024, the Nonino family presented the Nonino Riserva Aged 20 Years grappa matured under customs seal. There are 365 numbered bottles.

A rare and valuable grappa made from selected white and red grape pomace from Friuli with a natural smoky flavour, which Benito distils in a discontinuous copper steam still in the Nonino distilleries in Ronchi di Percoto. This grappa has then matured for 20 years since 2004 in a small barrique barrel sealed and constantly monitored by customs and the monopoly agency in the company's own ageing cellar.

Golden orange in the glass. Full and intense on the nose with notes of cream, honey, fruit, hints of orange, chocolate and a fine, natural smoky flavour. Full-bodied and persistent on the palate with a composition of apricot, cream, dried fruit, spices and pepper as well as a fine, natural smoky note and hints of sherry.

In 2024, the Nonino family presented the ÙE Cru Verduzzo "30 anni" Single Cask Gran Riserva 1994, matured for 30 years under customs seal in Limousin barrique no. 116. 385 numbered 0.70l bottles were produced.

Amber-coloured in the glass. Lush on the nose with notes of fleshy fruit such as apple, nectarine and apricot. Complex and intense on the palate. The depth of fruit is confirmed and enriched with citrus notes that emphasise the hints of quince, plum, vanilla and candied fruit. The finish is balsamic, sensual and long-lasting.

Nonino's great Grappa Picolit Gran Riserva matures sealed and supervised by the Italian customs and monopoly authority for 10 years in former Sauternes barriques in the distillery's maturation cellars.

Rare, elegant and precious. The wood of the barrels preloaded with Sauternes forms a harmonious whole with the notes of the Picolit grape, which smell of honey, spices, chocolate and candied fruits and convey a feeling of purity. Seductive, flavourful notes on the final.
