Graziano Prà is one of a small group of talented winemakers who have shown the world that the Soave area can also produce top-quality wines capable of ageing. Since training as an enologist in the early 1980s and taking over the family vineyards, previously farmed by his grandfather and father, Graziano has been guided by the concept of transparency. "The task of the winemaker is to make a wine from the grapes that reflects the unique flavor of the terroir," the winery owner explains in conversation.
