Fichimori is made mainly from Negroamaro grapes with a small addition of Syrah grapes, cold macerated for 5 days at a temperature of 5° C to extract the varietal aromas, colour and softer polyphenolic components. Purple red in the glass with ruby reflections. Opens with a wide and intense bouquet of cherries and strawberries, accompanied by shades of blackcurrant and pomegranate.
