New arrival Bolgheri | Organic Winery Tenuta Le Colonne

No other winery in Bolgheri is as close to the sea as Tenuta Le Colonne. The sun-kissed vines thrive here just a few metres from the beaches of San Vincenzo and benefit from the fresh sea breeze. In the midst of this unspoilt nature, the winery in Donoratico, the southernmost district of Bolgheri, produces an extremely fine range of wines.

The French grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Syrah and Merlot, which have found their ideal home in Tuscany, thrive on 60 hectares of vineyards. The only exception is the indigenous Vermentino grape, which is grown close to the sea and reflects the full-bodied white wine character of Bolgheri.
