“Trevigne” Barbera d’Alba DOC 2021
In contrast to the past, this full and fragrant Barbera is now matured to a greater extent in large oak barrels - and less in barriques. This favours the softness, fruitiness and suppleness of this wonderful wine. Tre Vigne means that the grapes come in equal parts from the top vineyards Mosconi, Ginestra and San Pietro. It is fermented in concrete to preserve its freshness before maturing for five months in large oak barrels.
