The name Glarea is of Rhaeto-Romanic origin and means gravel. The grapes for this mineral and very harmonious Chardonnay grow at an altitude of around 250 metres on the lower part of the Höllenbach debris cone in soils rich in limestone and gravel. Thanks to the low hillside location and the proximity to the valley floor, a unique microclimate is created here, characterised by considerable temperature fluctuations. During the day, the Glarea vineyards enjoy very warm temperatures, which are replaced by cool air masses in the late hours of the night and early morning, giving it a lovely tautness and freshness.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Ripe banana, dried apricot and pineapple on the nose. Lively freshness on the palate, juicy full-bodied and taut minerality, long and harmonious final. Just 6,000 bottles of this extremely delicious and complex rosato made from Pinot Nero and the indigenous Petit Rouge grape variety from vineyards in the municipalities of Aymavilles and Gressan are produced every year. The grapes from these predominantly south-facing vineyards have always been used exclusively for the production of the famous Torrette.

GROSSO is a Blanc de Noirs produced in the classic Champagne method and matures for 24 months on the fine lees. Delicate pink colour and a fine, persistent perlage. Neroametà is a white vinified Aglianico that represents an old family project that aims to emphasise the great versatility of this noble and ancient grape variety. It pays homage to the varietal origins of the black Aglianico grape, which presents itself with convincing elegance in white vinification without any skin contact and is a tribute to the territorial and cultural origins of Campania.

This is the fourth vintage of a truly fortuitous product. Paolo actually wanted to plant more Moscato vines in this 1.5 ha small and sustainably cultivated vineyard when he recognised the quality of the Barbera grapes ripening there in 2016. So, without further ado, he decided to vinify a Barbera, which he then aptly named "Per Sbaglio" - which means "by mistake". We congratulate him on this decision, just 3,000 bottles of which reach the market every year. Rich, sparkling ruby red. The pure Nero d'Avola is bursting with dark aromas of berries, black cherry, liquorice and tobacco. Lush and distinctive on the palate with wonderful spicy notes of mint, aniseed and espresso. "The Saia 2021 exudes a captivating blend of crushed violets, lavender, blackberries and wet stones. A powerful core of ripe red and blue fruits forms the framework, while a juicy acidity provides freshness. A pleasantly bitter hint of tangerine develops towards the end. The 2021 is spotty and long, finishing with a layer of fine tannins and a saturation of primary concentration that creates a slight chewy sensation towards the end. The grapes for this very traditional Piedmont red wine come from selected vineyard sites on the hills of the Langhe region. The special thing about the vinification: a small part of the mash is frozen unfermented. The alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts about two weeks, with very little handling and agitation of the mash. Then, without the addition of sulphurous acid, the young wine is moved to a wooden barrel where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Once this is complete, the previously frozen portion of unfermented must is added and the wine is bottled in this way. A second fermentation now takes place in the bottle, whereby these are placed upright so that the yeast deposit settles on the bottom of the bottle.

Deep ruby red. Intense aroma with fruity red and black berries and floral notes as well as nuances of asphalt. Powerful on the nose, full-bodied, with prominent tannin and fresh acidity on the palate. Fine perlage and a long, persistent final.

Please note that this wine should always be stored standing up. Also, care should be taken when opening, as the pressure may vary from bottle to bottle due to the carbonic acid naturally produced in the wine. SUPERIORE.DE

The name Da-Di derives from Chinese and means earth/soil. DA-DI bianco was born from owner Virginie Saverys' intuition to rediscover the vocation of the Cortona area for the production of great white wines from autochthonous grapes, and encapsulates all of Avignonesi's love of experimentation.

In the glass, it opens intensely with floral notes of wisteria and lime, white peach and gooseberry. On the palate, the approach is precise and straightforward. Lemon peel, mint and the complexity of wildflower honey emerge. The pronounced acidity makes it long and elegant. In the aftertaste, hints of flint bring back mineral notes.
