Neroametà is a white vinified Aglianico that represents an old family project that aims to emphasise the great versatility of this noble and ancient grape variety. It pays homage to the varietal origins of the black Aglianico grape, which presents itself with convincing elegance in white vinification without any skin contact and is a tribute to the territorial and cultural origins of Campania.

This is the fourth vintage of a truly fortuitous product. Paolo actually wanted to plant more Moscato vines in this 1.5 ha small and sustainably cultivated vineyard when he recognised the quality of the Barbera grapes ripening there in 2016. So, without further ado, he decided to vinify a Barbera, which he then aptly named "Per Sbaglio" - which means "by mistake". We congratulate him on this decision, just 3,000 bottles of which reach the market every year. Rich, sparkling ruby red. The grapes for this very traditional Piedmont red wine come from selected vineyard sites on the hills of the Langhe region. The special thing about the vinification: a small part of the mash is frozen unfermented. The alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts about two weeks, with very little handling and agitation of the mash. Then, without the addition of sulphurous acid, the young wine is moved to a wooden barrel where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Once this is complete, the previously frozen portion of unfermented must is added and the wine is bottled in this way. A second fermentation now takes place in the bottle, whereby these are placed upright so that the yeast deposit settles on the bottom of the bottle.

Deep ruby red. Intense aroma with fruity red and black berries and floral notes as well as nuances of asphalt. Powerful on the nose, full-bodied, with prominent tannin and fresh acidity on the palate. Fine perlage and a long, persistent final.

The name Da-Di derives from Chinese and means earth/soil. DA-DI bianco was born from owner Virginie Saverys' intuition to rediscover the vocation of the Cortona area for the production of great white wines from autochthonous grapes, and encapsulates all of Avignonesi's love of experimentation.

In the glass, it opens intensely with floral notes of wisteria and lime, white peach and gooseberry. On the palate, the approach is precise and straightforward. Lemon peel, mint and the complexity of wildflower honey emerge. The pronounced acidity makes it long and elegant. In the aftertaste, hints of flint bring back mineral notes. According to Francesco Ricasoli, Torricella is "the white soul of Brolio" and comes from a vineyard that was originally planted with Malvasia Toscana vines and was located near a well-known Tuscan estate. This estate was called Torricella. Since 2003, this vineyard has been planted entirely with Chardonnay vines, producing a white wine with enormous ageing potential. Francesco comments: "With Torricella, a very great white wine was created from the very first vintage, which is able to give its best even after many years of ageing. It is surprising that even 50 or even 70-year-old vintages are still lively and fresh. Take a look at the analysis data - alcohol, total acidity, pH value and volatile acidity - which very often prove the longevity of this wine."

The complex bouquet is reminiscent of citrus fruits, white flowers and honey, with a wonderfully fresh and velvety balance on the palate. The full and fresh fruit is joined by a fine hint of vanilla and cinnamon, and this white wine also has a discreet minerality and subtle spiciness that make it unique. Rami is an attractive and at the same time very individual blend of Grecanico and Inzolia. Bright golden yellow with a light, typical cloudiness of an orange wine and with an initially restrained-reductive bouquet, then with some aeration it smells sweetly of apricots, dried flowers and orange peel.
