Piandorino, the "entry-level wine" from Pian dell'Orino, represents its noble origins with great class. Nosiola - an ancient grape variety of Trentino - was once cultivated throughout the country. Today, its cultivation is limited to the mountains and valleys of Trento. The Nosiola grape produces wines of great finesse and longevity. Elisabetta's Nosiola also gains exceptional vigour and energy through biodynamics and ageing in amphora. Pulin is the result of the rediscovery of the Granaccia grape, which is one of the most precious of the small wine region of Liguria and was almost extinct. The wines, produced in absolutely small quantities, have an excellent structure, Mediterranean radiance and remarkable ageing potential.

"The 2016 Alto Adige Baron Salvadori Baronesse Passito is a syrupy and sticky dessert wine with fragrant layers of candied orange peel, almond marzipan, sun-dried apricot and chestnut honey. The wine is aged in tonneaux for 12 months, but those characteristic notes of cinnamon and spice appear as distant afterthoughts and are evenly folded into the thick texture of the wine. This is a seriously delicious wine that is difficult to score because it stands so far apart in a group of peers. The intensity here is truly stratospheric. Only 3,000 precious bottles were made." The Teroldego from Foradori are all a great experience. Elisabetta makes extremely interesting wines from the autochthonous grape variety from the foot of the Dolomites. And they are purely organic and partly also in amphorae.

Morei (dark in the Trentino dialect) is an original red wine that is true to its terroir and yet irresistibly elegant and refined. Warm, dense and mineral like the soil on which it grows. Morei is protected from cold northerly winds by the nearby, abruptly rising rock faces. The rock stores heat during the day, which radiates to the vineyard at night. The soil here is very stony and therefore relatively warm, dense, dark and mineralised, just like the Morei Teroldego wine of the same name. The average age of the vines (30 years) also contributes to its depth of character. SUPERIORE.DE

Dry, medium-bodied palate with nice acidity, freshness and complexity. The flavours reflect the bouquet beautifully and lead into a medium length finish. "This is the first vintage of a Keir white wine, made from Ansonica macerated on the skins in amphorae for two months.
