Around 60% of the grapes for the Monvigliero are not destemmed, which enhances the aromatic nuances of the wine. However, the 2013s will also require some patience to reach their maximum potential. While the Barbaresco Costa Russi expresses itself more discreetly with purity and grace, the Barbaresco Sorì San Lorenzo struts in the front row.
