Noras displays a rich bouquet of crushed blackberries, plums, smoke and brown sugar, underpinned by minty herbal notes. The texture is velvety, with a polished feel to its red and black fruits and a delicately bitter hint of coffee and balsamic spices. A hint of tobacco and liquorice lingers on the long, structured final. Noras needs a little time to fully develop in the glass, but it is worth the wait and gives us plenty of pleasure. SUPERIORE.DE

The delicate blackberry flavour is also very seductive on the palate, which in turn blends with tobacco, minerals and well-integrated wood. Wonderfully complex Soave from vines over 20 years old. Sparkling light yellow colour with green reflections. A restrained, reductive bouquet of bitter almond, flint, jam with white and yellow fruit flesh, dried fruit and biscuits. The grapes for this delightful red cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère come exclusively from the estate's own vineyards. This masterful Vernaccia matures for 4 years in small Caratello barrels, whose natural shrinkage is never topped up so that the yeast flora, which is very characteristic of this Vernaccia, forms on the surface and not only produces the characteristic flavours, but also gives it its name.

Bright straw yellow with a sparkling centre. Vecchie Vigne from a vineyard over 40 years old has a seductive aroma of almond petals, white flowers, meadow herbs, lemon and white peach, with a green apple aftertaste. Capitel Croce is Anselmi's top white wine, made from 100% Garganega grapes and matured in old oak barrels. It opens slowly in the glass, with notes of green citrus and dusty dried flowers merging with freshly cut apricots and hints of ginger. It has a silky texture with ripe fruit and mineral notes that increase with every second. Finishes with medium length, blending young, crisp peach and inner flowers. Since the 2019 vintage, the successor to the famous "Eticchetta Blu" has been called "Maggiolo", derived from maggio (May) and giaggiolo (iris). The latter covers the fields in May with its flowers and floral scents, which we also find in the bouquet of this Chianti Classico. Bright ruby red in colour, fruity aromas of violets, mulberries, blackberries and blueberries as well as hints of sweet spices and cocoa. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, then the soft tannins envelop the pretty fruit centre and, together with a fine saltiness, lead into the medium-long finish. A wonderfully balanced and drinkable red wine from organic cultivation that certainly won't get old in good company. Drinking pleasure at a high level! SUPERIORE.DE

Pèppoli is an entertaining, very relaxed red wine with a firm fan base. A sparkling, intense ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. The Pèppoli expresses its strong personality through its bouquet of ripe fruit with light mineral accents. The flavour spreads gently yet powerfully on the palate with lively tannins and a long finish. Very easy to drink, very classic and, incidentally, excellent value! SUPERIORE.DE
