This Sangiovese rarity, bottled without the addition of sulphites, is only produced in the best vintages and matures for 16 months in cocciopesto, a container made from ground brick, fine stone, sand and natural fibre binder. This mixture can then be moulded into containers that are watertight but still allow micro-oxygenation. The real peculiarity of Cocciopesto wine containers lies in the material itself, which is characterised by a high thermal inertia and a certain permeability that makes it ideal for all phases, from vinification to ageing.

Neromaccarj comes from a low-lying vineyard facing the sea and shows the ripe and juicy side of Nero d'Avola. Amarone Classico is made from grapes grown in the vineyards of the classic Valpolicella area at the entrance to the Marano Valley. The drying process of the carefully selected grapes takes about 120 days. After fermentation, the wine matures in wooden barrels for at least 3 years.

Since 2021, Formula 1 has no longer been spraying champagne, but the finest Trento DOC sparkling wine, and Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has signed a corresponding agreement with Gruppo Lunelli. For Ferrari, it is a return to Formula 1, as the family business founded in 1902 supplied the winning sparkling wine for the 1980 Italian GP in Imola.
