Fichimori is made mainly from Negroamaro grapes with a small addition of Syrah grapes, cold macerated for 5 days at a temperature of 5° C to extract the varietal aromas, colour and softer polyphenolic components. Purple red in the glass with ruby reflections. Opens with a wide and intense bouquet of cherries and strawberries, accompanied by shades of blackcurrant and pomegranate. Connoisseurs drink this refined and extremely fresh interpretation of the Negroamaro grape slightly chilled with starters, grilled fish and white meat. SUPERIORE.DE

Fine Morellino from the Poggio al Lupo winery in Magliano, from the south of the province of Grosseto, with a delicious bouquet of red fruits, rosemary and bitter chocolate. The combination of Friulano (called Tai in Veneto) and Sauvignon Bianco makes Bidibi a delicious white wine full of character with rather moderate acidity. Pellegrino's Grillo Superiore matures longer on the fine lees than Il Salinario. Brilliant straw yellow in the glass. Borrigiano is an enchanting cuvée that brings an ideal balance of fine and harmonised use of wood and fresh, lively fruit to the glass. An interesting berry flavour and some plum confit on the nose. For us, Borrigiano is an ideal companion for convivial evenings and mild pasta dishes or risottos - it shows the great potential of this up-and-coming winery in an endearing (and affordable) way. Bright ruby and a full bouquet of dark berry fruit such as blackcurrant, the Fontanelle shows in the glass. Its primary aromas emerge with an incredible freshness, simplicity and directness. Dense and round, the juicy, fresh taste unfolds on the palate with Barbera-typical acidity and well-integrated tannin. Falerno del Massico Bianco is a young, single-varietal Falanghina with a lively bouquet and has always been a classic of the region. Full-bodied and cheerful on the palate, finely balanced and with a dry finish. SUPERIORE.DE

The grapes for this full-bodied Trockenbeerenauslese dry naturally on the vine to maximise the concentration of fruit sugar and aromas. They are harvested late and fermented in barriques. Intense, shiny golden yellow colour. Vinous aroma with notes of honey and vanilla. On the palate, the Verduzzo is delicately sweet, full-bodied and powerful. Bright yellow organic Vermentino with a small proportion of Grechetto. The idea came from Maurizio Castelli, who also advises the Barberani winery in Umbria. Maurizio Castelli creates this marvellous white wine from the Tuscan coast from a traditional, local blend based on a historical model and always picks the grapes quite late. The nose has a bright aroma of apple, pear, flint and a certain exoticism. Complex and full on the palate, the rich flavour is accompanied by an invigorating, fresh acidity right through to the long final. SUPERIORE.DE
