Pinot Blanc Lepus (Latin for field hare) in light, bright straw yellow with green reflections. Wonderful aromas of fresh bread, dried field flowers, apple, peach and a hint of almonds. On the palate, its distinctive personality is accompanied by exciting fruit, structure and harmonious acidity. The 5-month maturation on the fine lees gives Lepus additional complexity and fullness. Scalabrone presents itself generously every year, but also incredibly fresh. It shows ripe strawberries with a hint of sweet cream, tropical kiwi and lime. It washes over the palate with lightness, carrying ripe red fruit, a hint of melon and a savoury minerality. The finish is long and flanked by lively acidity and salty minerals. Pinot Grigio has been at home in the Isonzo for 140 years now; with the necessary sensitivity, it develops a great deal of elegance and structure and can almost be called autochthonous here. It is not surprising that Alvaro Pecorari has taken this grape variety to his heart. A finesse-rich white with a floral bouquet and a fine peach note. Just 6,000 bottles of this extremely delicious and complex rosato made from Pinot Nero and the indigenous Petit Rouge grape variety from vineyards in the municipalities of Aymavilles and Gressan are produced every year. The grapes from these predominantly south-facing vineyards have always been used exclusively for the production of the famous Torrette.

The name Da-Di is derived from the Chinese and means earth/soil. DA-DI bianco was born from the intuition of the owner Virginie Saverys to rediscover the vocation of the Cortona area for the production of great white wines from indigenous grapes, and summarises all of Avignonesi's love of experimentation.

It opens intensely in the glass with floral notes of wisteria and lime, white peach and gooseberry. On the palate, the attack is precise and straightforward. Lemon peel, mint and the complexity of wildflower honey come to the fore. The pronounced acidity makes it long and elegant. Hints of flint bring back mineral notes in the aftertaste. In the Ligurian dialect, bansigu means vigour, verve and could not describe the character of this lively, typically Mediterranean red better. It is primarily made from Granaccia, an autochthonous grape that, together with Rossese, Barbera and Cinsault, ensures great juiciness and freshness.

This very typical Sauvignon bianco grows on glacial limestone soils at an altitude of up to 900 metres. Bright lemon yellow colour. Markus Prackwieser's Sauvignon vines grow on calcareous moraines with solid quartz porphyry at the foot of the Schlern massif, approx. 400-480 metres above sea level.
