The grapes for this wonderful Soave Classico come from the cru sites in front of the Castello di Soave and on the Costeggiola hill, a very hilly terrain with a silty-sandy texture, rich in active limestone and volcanic rock. Floral and delicate notes of fresh yellow fruit. Dry on the palate, beautifully expressive and very precise with a lively freshness. A very appealing everyday wine with a lovely drinkability. Il Principe is a cuvée made from indigenous Sicilian grape varieties. Shows a dark red colour with violet reflections in the glass. Intense aroma of ripe redcurrants and blackberries, with a hint of undergrowth. Balanced and full-bodied on the palate, with juicy fruit and a long finish. Colombara is a wonderful Soave from the single vineyard of the same name: bright straw yellow in colour, the elegant aroma is slightly sweet on the nose, then fruity, enriched with notes of toasted bread. This organic Rosato by Umani Ronchi was born at the Centovie winery in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A project defined after several years of experimentation, with the aim of producing a wine that combines the expressive power of the Montepulciano grape with a soft and delicate vinification to emphasise its fresh and fruity nuances. Delicate pink colour with shiny reflections. The grapes for Carlo Pellegrino's single-varietal Catarratto from certified organic cultivation come from the area around Trapani from chalky-sandy soils. Here, the high summer temperatures are tempered by strong summer winds. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Medium-bodied bouquet of orange blossom, sweet lemons and yellow apples. Keya is the impressive result of several years of experimental work, resulting in a rosato from 50-year-old vines that perfectly expresses the style and personality of the Rizzardi vineyards in the hills above Bardolino. The label is a tribute to the Venetian heritage of Contessa M.C. Loredan, who ran the winery for many years and played a key role in making Chiaretto Bardolino a popular wine classic in the region. The name is derived from the first two syllables of Chi-a-ret-to (KEY-A). Sparkling salmon orange colour. A fine aroma of lemon, strawberry, blood orange and elderberries on the nose. This vineyard in the hilly Soave Classico zone was acquired by the Rizzardi family in 1977 and has always been an integral part of the estate. The soil is rich in volcanic gravel and the rows of vines have a favourable southern exposure and are exposed to the late afternoon sun. In addition, the location and altitude guarantee the positive effect of fresh ventilation. Over the years, the vines have reached their full potential through replanting and the use of new training systems.
