Benantis Etna Bianco from 100% Carricante is a delicately perfumed expression of Carricante with gentle mineral notes, white flowers and light flavours of peach or nectarine. The true protagonist, however, are the carefully dosed volcanic tones of ash and smoke. The bouquet will become even more refined with a year or more of ageing in the bottle. According to Francesco Ricasoli, Torricella is "the white soul of Brolio" and comes from a vineyard that was originally planted with Malvasia Toscana vines and was located near a well-known Tuscan estate. This estate was called Torricella. Since 2003, this vineyard has been planted entirely with Chardonnay vines, producing a white wine with enormous ageing potential. Francesco comments: "With Torricella, a very great white wine was created from the very first vintage, which is able to give its best even after many years of ageing. It is surprising that even 50 or even 70-year-old vintages are still lively and fresh. Take a look at the analysis data - alcohol, total acidity, pH value and volatile acidity - which very often prove the longevity of this wine."

The complex bouquet is reminiscent of citrus fruits, white flowers and honey, with a wonderfully fresh and velvety balance on the palate. The full and fresh fruit is joined by a fine hint of vanilla and cinnamon, and this white wine also has a discreet minerality and subtle spiciness that make it unique. The extremely elegant Rosato from Livio Felluga is one of the rare representatives of its kind in Friuli. A beguiling bouquet of roses, pineapple and maritime rock. Elegant on the palate with fresh acidity; the fine and restrained style is somewhat reminiscent of the coveted Nerello Mascalese counterpart from the heights of Etna. The small, museum-like island of Mozia in the Marsala lagoon is a production site of unrivalled uniqueness. It is a marine ecosystem that has always been linked to the vineyard. The English, who came to Marsala at the beginning of the 19th century and recognised its great potential, initiated the first planting. The vines are cultivated naturally using the Gobelet system with natural irrigation. The grapes are harvested in crates, brought to the mainland in flat-bottomed boats and then transported to the Regaleali winery in air-conditioned lorries to guarantee their aromatic integrity.

Since 2007, when the Tasca family was entrusted by the Whitaker Foundation with the implementation of a project to promote and revitalise historic Grillo vineyards, they have been looking after 12 hectares of vineyards in Mozia. This is where the best Grillo in Sicily comes from, which is unrivalled in terms of concentration and razor-sharp precision.

Pale straw yellow in colour. Tantalising, very refined aromas of nectarine, yellow flowers, lime and mint herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and dense, with a wonderful clarity and flavours of pome fruit and white stone fruit, accompanied by a lively and harmonious acidity. Pinot Bianco Praesulis is remarkably pretty. Bright silver with straw yellow colour. Peach, fine nuances of red berries and sweet sage on the nose. On the palate, juicy, racy, savoury, with a great pull and precise flow, plus a mix of candied lime and salty minerals that cut through its silky textures. This extremely delicate Moscato, which was christened Kabir (the Great) in Arabic so as not to be overshadowed by the far more powerful Ben Ryé, never fails to surprise and delight. βιαηκΩ is a highly precise white wine made from Erbaluce grapes from the Boca micro-region, which is so rare and popular that it is allocated every year. Matured in large oak barrels and acacia casks, this wonderfully fresh and independent white wine has found its best form with this vintage. It is well-structured, with good length, a rich, floral bouquet and full of charm. The fresh acidity on the finish makes the wine savoury and long.
