South Tyrol's Gewürztraminer has some top-class competition here: this unique white wine is made from one hundred per cent Albana grapes, 20% of which is only harvested as a late harvest after botrytis infestation in November. Only 2,800 bottles are sold.

Delicate gold colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of white flowers combined with sweet, spicy fruit, citrus and mandarin notes, very precise and concentrated. Well-structured on the palate, the slight residual sugar gives it a certain opulence, but Tergeno always remains fresh and dynamic thanks to its considerable acidity. The Collio Bianco is a beautiful, exciting and balanced wine. One should always bear in mind that drinking pleasure is exactly what this wine is supposed to achieve. We find that it has achieved its goal with flying colours. The bouquet smells of honeydew melon, freshly picked Granny Smith apples and crushed mussels. In addition to his Friulano vineyards, Dario Raccaro has been cultivating a small vineyard planted with 100% Guyot Pinot Gris vines for many years. Since the 2022 vintage, he has been selling just 2,000 bottles of this fine wine and we are delighted to have received an allocation. Pale straw yellow in colour, with a fine, floral bouquet with traces of flint and white smoke. The grapes come mainly from the historic Russeghine vineyard above the town of Ranzo Borgo. The character of the Pigato here is of particular depth and minerality, which is due to the exceptional terroir and the long maturation on the fine lees.
