Pendolino is originally a Tuscan variety, also known as "Maurino firentino". This pure Pendolino olive oil offers the palate a bitter-sweet symphony. Pendolino, by the way, comes from pendolino and describes how the weeping willow-like branches of the olive tree sway melancholically and beautifully in the wind. The pure Leccino oil is particularly mild and has a subtle sweetness, which makes the variety very popular and has led to its spread far beyond Tuscany. Sharis is a very characterful cuvée of Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay - the link between Friuli and the world. A fine aroma of wisteria blossoms, mild spices and fruity notes, with a balanced, fresh flavour and good length. SUPERIORE.DE

Terlaner Cuvée (formerly Terlaner Classico) is the wine that best embodies the identity and personality of this iconic agricultural co-operative in South Tyrol. Since its founding in 1893, it has been closely linked to the history of the winery like no other wine. Since the 2013 vintage, its grapes have been sourced from selected vineyards in the Vorberg, Kreuth and Winkl vineyards. Aromas of tropical and passion fruit, peach, pear and sweet almonds are surrounded by a salty, mineral vein and give this wonderfully juicy white wine finesse and the pure character typical of Terlan. This delicate, luxury Tuscan rosato has a pale pink colour with light amber reflections. The wine smells of sweet fruits such as wild raspberries and fragolina di bosco, followed by bitter almond and dried sage. Winkl is the winery's second cult wine after the iconic South Tyrolean Sauvignon, Quarz. A wonderfully accentuated wine. Sauvignon Winkl smells of lime, mandarins and mint with a hint of apricot, the bouquet is also reminiscent of crushed rock. Sauvignon Sanct Valentin is probably the best-known white wine from the St. Michael-Eppan winery. It has been vinified from carefully selected single vineyards at the foot of the Mendelstock since 1989. Yellow-green in colour, dense bouquet of yellow fruit, gooseberry, elderflower and ripe redcurrant, smooth on the palate with elegant, floral fullness and crisp acidity. Nosiola - an ancient grape variety of Trentino - was once cultivated throughout the country. Today, its cultivation is limited to the mountains and valleys of Trento. The Nosiola grape produces wines of great finesse and longevity. Elisabetta's Nosiola also gains exceptional vigour and energy through biodynamics and ageing in amphora. Give the Nosiola time and be patient: Only after sufficient aeration and at a serving temperature of around 13 degrees does this white wine reveal its full potential. SUPERIORE.DE

The Teroldego from Foradori are all a great experience. Elisabetta makes extremely interesting wines from the autochthonous grape variety from the foot of the Dolomites. And they are made purely organically and partly in amphorae. Morei (dark in Trentino dialect) is an original red wine that is true to its terroir and is irresistibly elegant and refined. Warm, dense and mineral like the soil on which it grows. Morei is protected from cold northerly winds by the nearby, abruptly rising rock faces. The rock stores heat during the day, which radiates to the vineyard at night. The soil here is very stony and therefore relatively warm, dense, dark and mineralised, just like the Morei Teroldego wine of the same name. The average age of the vines (30 years) also contributes to its depth of character. SUPERIORE.DE

Planeta's famous Chardonnay exudes a large and rich bouquet with aromas of apricot, apple, lemon, honey and lime. On the palate, the same intense flavours, delicate melting paired with fruity freshness and beautiful length.
