La Segreta Bianco, which takes its name from the surrounding woods near Ulmo, is a charming cuvée made from Grecanico, Chardonnay, Grillo and a small proportion of other grape varieties. This organic Rosato by Umani Ronchi was born at the Centovie winery in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A project defined after several years of experimentation, with the aim of producing a wine that combines the expressive power of the Montepulciano grape with a soft and delicate vinification to emphasise its fresh and fruity nuances. Compared to Branu, Limizzani is somewhat lighter and more summery, but also shows the classic Gallura character from north-east Sardinia. Straw yellow in colour with light greenish reflections, the bouquet is fresh and balanced with a fine herbal note. The vineyards are located 15 metres above sea level, facing west, on river sediment soils with a sandy texture. The coastal sun shines through in the bright straw-yellow nuances of this wine.
