One of the best rosati in Lazio, only 2,800 bottles are filled: The grapes for the rare Sorèlle come from Cotarella's younger Merlot vineyards and the historic Aleatico vineyard. The grapes, which are pressed at different times, are left in the press at a temperature of 10°C for two hours after destemming. This allows the flavours to be fixed and their characteristics to be brought out to the full. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine remains in steel tanks in contact with its fine lees. Only then is it blended. Salmon pink in colour, a bouquet of roses and blueberries full of character. Perfect structure on the palate, good acidity, a firm wine with excellent texture and persistence. SUPERIORE.DE

Terlaner Cuvée (formerly Terlaner Classico) is the wine that best embodies the identity and personality of this iconic agricultural co-operative in South Tyrol. Since its founding in 1893, it has been closely linked to the history of the winery like no other wine. Since the 2013 vintage, its grapes have come from selected vineyards in the Vorberg, Kreuth and Winkl sites. Aromas of tropical and passion fruit, peach, pear and sweet almonds are surrounded by a salty, mineral vein and give this wonderfully juicy white wine finesse and the pure character typical of Terlan. Roero Arneis is also known as Barolo Bianco, which is entirely true for this excellent white wine from Neve's noble forge. Bruna Giacosa's Arneis in particular is a great example of a Roero wine that surpasses the normality of the appellation by far and at the same time has a great sense of inner freshness and complexity.

A broad spectrum of tropical flavours such as papaya, citrus fruit and Williams pear on the nose. On the palate, it is characterised by a rich, inner tension, good fruit weight and high concentration. When young, it is characterised less by its minerality than by its exotic fruit notes, and as it matures, its salinity, finesse and complexity increase dramatically. Under the name Askos, Li Veli summarises a project in which long-forgotten, indigenous grape varieties are rediscovered and cultivated on the ideal terroir selected for them.
