Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG 2022 (BIO)
Cerasuolo di Vittoria - an established local red with a great tradition and just as much character. Typical aroma of the wines from Vittoria: Aromas of red berries, cherries, prickly pear, ginger and fruit sweets. Flavoursome, extremely complex, fresh, lively and yet balanced. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright ruby red with a violet shimmer. The bouquet has an intense aroma of ripe raspberries, followed by a spicy flavour with a hint of dark chocolate. Clear and precise on the palate with finesse and elegance, espresso retronasal, well-integrated and fine-grained tannins, medium-long finish." Falstaff
"Notes of juicy cherries and boysenberries are underscored by tar, smoke and grilled herbs in this lively, light to medium-bodied red wine that finishes silky and savoury." Wine Spectator
"On the nose, there are aromas of cherry blossom, raspberry and blood orange, as well as spicy notes of pencil shavings and black tea. On the palate, cherries and raspberries macerate, but the sanguine, almost chalky bitterness of the tea leaves lingers before a salted chocolate finish." Wine Enthusiast
"The peppery and floral Cerasuolo di Vittoria 2022 smells of a spicy blend of crushed wild berries and savoury herbs. It opens with a lovely inner sweetness and crisp red and blue fruits. A tantalising acidity refreshes the palate towards the end. It finishes classically dry, but fresh and floral, leaving a violet finish." Vinous

The palate of this wine turns to fresher red fruit, mostly cherry, with soil and gravel. Linear but substantial tannins and a firm backbone of acid work well together." Wine Enthusiast
"A lean yet fluid red wine with black cherry fruit mingling with tomato leaves, juniper and sanguine notes, with light tannins gracing the finish. Shows fine balance and length." Wine Spectator

Valpolicella DOC 2022
This traditional cuvée is already inspiring in its youth. Made from outstanding grapes, you can taste the ripe fruit and richness of the three classic vineyards. Deep ruby-garnet colour with violet reflections. Full bouquet of ripe cherries, some plum, herbs and orange zest. Juicy and complex on the finish, very long finish with a fine salt vein and subtle fruit sweetness. Drinkable! SUPERIORE.DE
"The nose of this fresh Valpolicella is characterised by pretty and superficially fresh floral notes, followed by tangy notes of red berries and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, fresh cherries, mixed herbs and undergrowth - all well balanced - give the wine a lightness and at the same time a complexity that keeps you coming back for more." Wine Enthusiast
"The 2022 Valpolicella Classico exudes a sweet bouquet of dusty violets and roses that fades into spiced confectionery and crushed cherries. It is juicy, with crunchy wild berries and minty herbal notes accelerated by a juicy acidity. The finish is long and perfumed, with a layer of soft tannin giving it a lovely punctuation. The 2022 is a beautiful, refined Valpolicella." Vinous
"A classic blend from a dry vintage, among the driest on record, competing with 2003. Yet the ripeness is beautifully balanced by an underlying freshness due to savvy canopy management. Sappy red to dark fruit allusions, fennel seeds and violets. The tannins, a gritty sheath of cocoa powder with a fleck of leafiness. Despite the juicy mid-weighted feel, this boasts a winning freshness. Poised, versatile and very easy to drink. A very good classico." James Suckling

“Non Confunditur” Rosso Toscana IGT 2021
Rosso Non Confunditur from Argiano is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. The wine opens with a dark ruby red colour and aromas of wild berries, flowers and red berries. On the palate, it fortunately does not show the cloying heaviness or dense extraction found in many other protagonists of the Super Tuscan category. In fact, NC is accessible and fresh, rounded off with a good level of crisp acidity and a well-proportioned body. SUPERIORE.DE
"Dark ruby red with violet shimmer. Compact nose, ripe plum, coffee and dark chocolate. Powerful and juicy on the palate, builds up a lot of pressure, refreshing acidity and ripe tannins, medium-long final, slightly brittle at the end." Falstaff
"Taut and straightforward in profile, this red offers blackcurrants, black cherries, vanilla and peppery spices. It tightens up on the finish, where the chalky tannins linger." Wine Spectator
"The nose is simultaneously earthy and sweet, with notes of cherries, chocolate, tree bark and underbrush. That cherry-chocolate sweetness takes center stage on the palate, before tannins clear through them to resuscitate the earth tones." Wine Enthusiast

“Rimosso” Vino Frizzante Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2022 secco
The first alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in steel tanks on the fine lees at a controlled temperature and after a waiting period of at least six months, the wine is bottled. The bottles remain at a constant temperature of 12°C so that the wine can undergo its second fermentation and mature on its own yeasts, which remain at the bottom of the bottle as a light sediment (note: it is not filtered!).
An animating cherry red colour with violet reflections and a yeasty cloudiness due to the lack of filtration. A surprisingly cheeky nose of wild strawberry and redcurrant, very fresh and accessible. The palate is vibrant with lots of raspberry and traces of rhubarb, the exciting interplay is flanked by delicate yeast tones and a wonderfully present acidity and ensures an impressive race and class that only the Lambrusco grandmaster Christian Bellei can conjure up in the bottle! SUPERIORE.DE
"Sparkling, brilliant cherry pink colour with persistent perlage and slight cloudiness. Cool nose of delicate apricots and forest fruits, great lemony components, fresh and fragrant. Very dry on the palate, with a delicate fruity flavour, salty, a little tannin on the finish, full-bodied." Falstaff
"The NV Rimosso is inviting, with a pretty mix of violets, lavender and blueberries. On the palate, this Rimosso is more flamboyant, savoury and intense, with a chiselled bead of bubbles punctuated by ripe wild berries. The Rimosso finishes perfumed and long, leaving a fluid, floral colour and tactile mineral tones that linger. Very beautiful." Vinous
"The wine showcases small ripe strawberries, complete with their seeds, alongside notes of strawberry leaf and subtle rose hip aromas, intertwined with a mixed bouquet of herbs. It strikes a harmonious balance between savory and fruity notes, enhanced by mouthwatering acidity. The tart lift of the finish makes it an ideal companion for salty snacks, grilled food, or a delectable slice of pizza." Wine Enthusiast

Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2021
Rich ruby red colour, precise, clear fruit on the nose with a very light mineral note. Pleasant, beautifully smooth flavour, round and of good substance. A Rosso di Montalcino with a lot of charm. SUPERIORE.DE
"The 2021 Il Poggione Rosso di Montalcino offers medium weight fruit with dark cherry, wild plum and savoury spice. This is an excellent vintage with moderate summer temperatures and a long growing season, which is very favourable to Sangiovese, a grape that needs its time to mature and develop complexity. This Rosso also shows a particularly spicy character with nutmeg and cinnamon, which seems to come from both the grape skins and the 12 months in oak barrels." Wine Advocate
"The nose leads with earthy, umami aromas of balsamic and fresh soil, but fruit notes of cherry and blackberry gradually emerge. The palate runs with the fruit, but that fresh, almost stony earthiness persists to create a cool, bouncy feeling, like a sudden gust of wind. Acid acts as a whetstone for sharp tannins." Wine Enthusiast
"A juicy red with leather and undergrowth accents framing smoky cherry, plum and mineral flavours. Well-structured and long, with a solid grip of tannins on the lingering aftertaste. Offers fine intensity." Wine Spectator
"A beautifully spicy Rosso di Montalcino with cloves, dried flowers, sour cherries and orange peel on the nose. Creamy and medium to full-bodied, with chalky tannins and a ripe, chocolaty finish." James Suckling
"The 2021 Rosso di Montalcino immediately catches the eye, with a classic, dusty blend of dried cherries, worn leather and earthy tones, complicated by aromas of roasted meat. It is polished. A crisp minerality emphasises the pure red fruits, which are accompanied by a lively acidity. This leaves you wanting more, as the orange and cranberry flavours linger in the mouth for a long time. The 2021 is a fantastic, dynamic Rosso that makes me curious to see what the Brunello of the vintage will bring." Vinous
