Produced in just 6,000 bottles per vintage, Godenza from the vineyard of the same name undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by temperature-controlled maceration in stainless steel tanks. For Ferrari, it is a return to Formula 1, as the family business founded in 1902 supplied the winning sparkling wine for the 1980 Italian GP in Imola.
