Dark, intensely sparkling ruby red. On the nose cherries, blackberries, blueberries and spices, rounded off with a nice mineral and balsamic touch. Youthfully cool on the palate, initially even rather purist, it becomes smoother with increasing air intake and reveals its spicy vein. The "white queen of Navarre" gave her name to this wine. The grapes come from Alcamo from clayey vineyards at an altitude of 350 metres. Pale yellow to straw yellow colour.
