Typical Vitiano: its colour is deep ruby red and aromas of cherries and berries fill the nose. The generous flavour is beautifully clear, just as we know it, with wonderfully fresh cherry tones with an aromatic vanilla note in the foreground. The youngest Vitiano also has an excellent structure and fine tannins. Already round, full-bodied, juicy and with long-lasting fruit. SUPERIORE.DE

Colombara is a wonderful Soave from the single vineyard of the same name: bright straw yellow in colour, the elegant aroma is slightly sweet on the nose, then fruity, enriched with notes of toasted bread. On the palate, there are hints of acacia, followed by rich fruit flavours of peach, apple and pineapple. A well-balanced Soave Classico, soft and characterised by good freshness. SUPERIORE.DE

Ripe fruit-scented Primitivo di Manduria, whose fruit is perfectly matched to the amount of wood and whose dense flavour ends with pleasant cocoa notes. SUPERIORE.DE

The Grotta Rossa clearly embodies its terroir and the grape variety. The clean, powerful bouquet is reminiscent of ripe berries and cherries, while on the palate the tannins blend perfectly with the acidity before the soft finish sets in. SUPERIORE.DE

Some of the Alanera grapes are air-dried before fermentation using the appassimento method to promote the concentration of flavours. Dark ruby red in colour. On the nose, the aroma of dried and fresh cherries, with a hint of coffee and sweet tobacco. The palate is berry-fresh with a lovely acid wire and fine tannins. A full, round wine for many occasions. The grapes for Carlo Pellegrino's single-varietal Catarratto from certified organic cultivation come from the area around Trapani from chalky-sandy soils. Here, the high summer temperatures are tempered by strong summer winds. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Medium-bodied bouquet of orange blossom, sweet lemons and yellow apples.
