Lezér means "light" and so it is - in the most delicate sense. Light ruby red in colour, red berries and an interesting hint of violets on the nose. A genuine Lambrusco cru from the 15-hectare "Vigna del Cristo" vineyard, which underwent a second fermentation using the Charmat method for 3 months in pressurised tanks. Salmon pink in colour. Smells of pink grapefruit and subtle hints of raspberries. Bold, fresh, lively and dry on the palate - perfect for fans of "zero dosage". Very fine perlage that lasts a long time. The grapes for this single-varietal Pinot Bianco come from altitudes of up to 700 metres around the municipality of Montan. Delicate greenish-yellow in colour, with a fine bouquet of green apple, lemon, chalk and some crushed rock. Fine texture on the palate, with good structure and excellent depth. Bertani's Ripasso is a true classic. The grapes come from the hills around Valpantena and from the direct Valpolicella Classico area. The original Ripasso wine would have been an overloaded Valpolicella rather than a mini Amarone, and this example is true to this type and emphasises the fresh and light style of Valpantena, a long, steeply sloping valley with a particularly cool microclimate. Bertani uses the traditional method of production: The young, already fermented Valpolicella wine is blended with the skins that have dried naturally in the meantime, giving it a richer and more concentrated flavour. It then undergoes a second so-called "ripasso" fermentation, which is triggered by the yeasts still present in the skins.

Intense purple colour with violet reflections. The bouquet is full of dark red fruits such as blackberry, redcurrant and ripe cherry. It has a delicately bitter aftertaste which, together with the slightly increased residual sweetness, creates an exciting yet dry impression. Clean and fresh, with ripe and upfront cherry flavours accompanied by subtle shades of dried fruit, it is tangy with positive acidity and slightly exotic fruit flavours and ends with a clean and firm finish. Mario Schiopetto was born in 1930, grew up in the family-owned Osteria ai Pompieri and gained his first professional experience as a fireman and later as a lorry driver. In 1963, guided only by his taste and love of wine, he began to dedicate himself to wine production in his parents' winery and produced the first pure Tocai in 1965. At the time, the historic label featured a drawing of his fire engine, which he also used to deliver the wine to customers. With the 2019 vintage, the winery returned to these historical roots and included the cute drawing on some of its wine labels.

Schiopetto's classic, as it has been produced since 1986. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Yellow-fruity on the nose with subtle floral and herbal notes, which are also found on the palate. Multi-layered, mineral and fresh, Blanc des Rosis presents the famous grape variety identity of the region and is the classic par excellence not only for the winery.
