Rosso Falerno del Massico presents itself with an intense aroma of black raspberries, cloves, rosemary and a hint of camphor. The finish is long and lightly textured, with a hint of violet-coloured floral notes. Pure white wine from the old Calabrian variety Mantonico. The grape is of Greek origin and its name goes back to Mantonikos (prophet). Deep straw yellow in colour. Fruity aromas of honey, apricot, baked apples and poached pear. Big, broad and rich, but by no means overloaded, with aromas corresponding to the flavours, good freshness and promising potential. The name Glarea is of Rhaeto-Romanic origin and means gravel. The grapes for this mineral and very harmonious Chardonnay grow at an altitude of around 250 metres on the lower part of the Höllenbach debris cone in soils rich in limestone and gravel. Thanks to the low hillside location and the proximity to the valley floor, a unique microclimate is created here, characterised by considerable temperature fluctuations. During the day, the Glarea vineyards enjoy very warm temperatures, which are replaced by cool air masses in the late hours of the night and early morning, giving it a lovely tautness and freshness.

The new single varietal Colorino Per Caterina opens with a slightly darker colour and more garnet concentration than the Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese produced at Piancornello. This autochthonous grape variety usually adds colour to traditional red wine blends and on its own the grape offers a nice fibre and density, flanked by powerful primary aromas and some black pepper. A pure and rather purist wine with a fresh, bright acidity - for us an ideal companion to grilled meat. SUPERIORE.DE

In contrast to the past, this full and fragrant Barbera is now matured to a greater extent in large oak barrels - and less in barriques. This favours the softness, fruitiness and suppleness of this wonderful wine. Tre Vigne means that the grapes come in equal parts from the top vineyards Mosconi, Ginestra and San Pietro. Deep, dark ruby red in colour. The bouquet has a fine aroma of sour cherries and violets, the full and soft flavour has a pleasantly fresh acidity that enhances the long drinking pleasure. The Aleatico grape variety is of Greek origin and is mainly used in Tuscany and central Italy for the production of dessert wines. Demesse Vecchie is named after the village where Olivini has its family seat. The historic part of the vineyard was home to a nunnery in the late 17th century. The addition "vecchie" promises that the grapes for this very complex Lugana come from the estate's oldest vines, some of which are over 50 years old. They are also harvested late and carefully selected, after which they are matured on the fine lees for several months.

Luigi Maffini's Kràtos is an organic wine grown in the foothills of the ancient ruins of Paestum. It spends only a short time in steel tanks and is smoky but also fruit-driven, with musky dried apricots, lime zest, crushed rocks and sea spray forming its captivating bouquet.
