The grapes for Carlo Pellegrino's single-varietal Catarratto from certified organic cultivation come from the area around Trapani from chalky-sandy soils. Here, the high summer temperatures are tempered by strong summer winds. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Medium-bodied bouquet of orange blossom, sweet lemons and yellow apples.
