According to Francesco Ricasoli, Torricella is "the white soul of Brolio" and comes from a vineyard that was originally planted with Malvasia Toscana vines and was located near a well-known Tuscan estate. This estate was called Torricella. Since 2003, this vineyard has been planted entirely with Chardonnay vines, producing a white wine with enormous ageing potential. Francesco comments: "With Torricella, a very great white wine was created from the very first vintage, which is able to give its best even after many years of ageing. It is surprising that even 50 or even 70-year-old vintages are still lively and fresh. Take a look at the analysis data - alcohol, total acidity, pH value and volatile acidity - which very often prove the longevity of this wine."

The complex bouquet is reminiscent of citrus fruits, white flowers and honey, with a wonderfully fresh and velvety balance on the palate. The full and fresh fruit is joined by a fine hint of vanilla and cinnamon, and this white wine also has a discreet minerality and subtle spiciness that make it unique. The extremely elegant Rosato from Livio Felluga is one of the rare representatives of its kind in Friuli. A beguiling bouquet of roses, pineapple and maritime rock. Pinot Gris with an intense straw-yellow colour with golden-copper reflections, which can be traced back to the historic Ramato process: Here, the mash remains in contact with the skins for approx. 10 hours. The small, museum-like island of Mozia in the Marsala lagoon is a production site of unrivalled uniqueness. It is a marine ecosystem that has always been linked to the vineyard. The English, who came to Marsala at the beginning of the 19th century and recognised its great potential, initiated the first planting. The vines are cultivated naturally using the Gobelet system with natural irrigation. The grapes are harvested in crates, brought to the mainland in flat-bottomed boats and then transported to the Regaleali winery in air-conditioned lorries to guarantee their aromatic integrity.

Since 2007, when the Tasca family was entrusted by the Whitaker Foundation with the implementation of a project to promote and revitalise historic Grillo vineyards, they have been looking after 12 hectares of vineyards in Mozia. This is where the best Grillo in Sicily comes from, which is unrivalled in terms of concentration and razor-sharp precision.

Pale straw yellow in colour. Tantalising, very refined aromas of nectarine, yellow flowers, lime and mint herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and dense, with a wonderful clarity and flavours of pome fruit and white stone fruit, accompanied by a lively and harmonious acidity. Pinot Bianco Praesulis is remarkably pretty. Bright silver with straw yellow colour. Peach, fine nuances of red berries and sweet sage on the nose. Radiant cherry red. In the subtly elegant nose notes of red berries, cherry, violets and rose petals. Juicy and penetrating in the drink, with good pressure and a light herbal note to the spicy red fruits and floral aromas.
