The Tralcetto Montepulciano - the house's favourite classic - is concentrated and beautifully complex. Its strong bouquet of sweet and sour cherries reveals its grape of origin. Passerina from Villa Medoro is a delicious, very fresh white wine. The aromas of peach, flowers and mint come together in the bouquet and in the wonderfully creamy, light flavour. SUPERIORE.DE

The fresh, smooth and very drinkable Casa Boschino is made from a similar blend of grapes to the Cerviolo, the star of the San Fabiano estate. However, its grapes come from younger vineyards, making it available at a sensationally favourable price.
