Due Uve bianco is a cheerful and informal blend of Chardonnay and Garganega and pays homage to the volcanic soils that characterise the vineyards east of Verona. The Garganega is cold-soaked on the skins just before pressing, and both grape components are fermented in French oak barrels. The name of this powerful, aromatic white wine comes from the Arabic, which means "lush garden on a ventilated plateau". Strong straw yellow colour with light green inclusions.
