Barolo “Briccolina” DOCG 2016
This top Barolo comes from the enchanting Corda della Briccolina parcel in Serralunga d'Alba and is the only one of the estate's impressive Barolo range to be matured in barriques. Garnet red in colour with a beguiling aroma of rose petals, rock candy, caramel and dried fruit. Powerful, solemn on the palate, with present tannins and a long, harmonious finish. SUPERIORE.DE
"Nose of black cherries and ripe raspberries. Great intensity on the palate, followed by firm tannins and a long, fresh finish." Decanter
"The Beni di Batasiolo 2016 Barolo Briccolina sources its fruit from Serralunga d'Alba, and you can count on more fruit weight and power as a result. This wine shows a dark garnet red colour with sweet cherry and blackberry nuances. These dark fruit tones are underlined by spices, earthy loam and grilled herbs." Wine Advocate
"Rich and smoky with lots of fruit and toasted oak, but not overdone. Full body, crisp tannins and a juicy finish." James Suckling
"Somewhat dried-vegetable and very slightly iodised aroma of red and black berries with distinct tar. Clear, firm, juicy, polished fruit, fine, youthful, yet present tannin, dried floral nuances, cocoa and a little tobacco, again also tar, persistent, good depth, also coffee in the background, multi-layered, has a certain elegance, very good, firm, again quite juicy finish with bacony and fine spicy nuances." “Calderara Sottana” Rosso Etna DOC 2020
Every year, one of the Tenuta's great single-vineyard wines, which represents the special terroir of the Etna hills in a highly complex way. Dark red fruit, orange peel and flowers on the nose. Then juicy fruit, wonderful depth and a finely chiselled tannin structure. A subtle spiciness on the finish and the outstanding structure, length and elegance are always present! SUPERIORE.DE
"Ruby red colour. Elegant, perfumed and lively nose of fresh red flowers and ripe red fruits. Closes with spicy notes of pepper and graphite minerals. Structured, fresh and lean on the palate. Mineral note on the finish, persistent." Falstaff
"The Calderara Sottana 2020 is youthfully shy in the glass, with hints of sweet violets, blackberries and crushed stone. Inside, it is a model of purity, silky and enveloping, with elegant red and black fruits swirling over a core of savoury minerals and exotic spices. The 2020 finishes long and colourful, with fine-grained tannins that pinch the palate. Notes of red plums and cinnamon ring through. It is a very Burgundian vintage of Calderara Sottana." Vinous
"The Tenuta delle Terre Nere 2020 Etna Rosso Calderara Sottana has a spicy, almost autumnal personality with tobacco, damp moss, spices and dark fruit. It stands out from the other wines in the portfolio thanks to these darker fruit qualities. Marc De Grazia uses the unusual word "feline" to describe the long and supple mouthfeel. I notice the dry, silky nature of the elegant tannins." Wine Advocate
"Aromas of rust, sea urchin, wild thyme, salted plums, Seville oranges, walnuts and asphalt. Very fine, grainy tannins. Intense rusty and mineral notes, medium-bodied and elegant on the palate. Long and flavoursome." James Suckling

“San Giovenale” Rosso Lazio VdT s.a.
San Giovenale Rosso is the inexpensive entry into the fascinating world of probably the best red wines of Lazio. Just 2,000 bottles are produced each year from this blend of two vintages of Habemus (Etichetta Bianca).
Strong ruby with violet reflections. Infinitely deep, balsamic and intense bouquet of sweet spices, black pepper, aniseed as well as fruity notes of plum, redcurrant and raspberry. Powerful and dense on the palate, always lively and dynamic thanks to a surprising acidity that is brilliantly balanced with fine tannins. The intense finish is warm and complex with a long reverberation of spices and again beguiling, balsamic notes – thus closing the circle. SUPERIORE.DE

“Gant” Merlot Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2021
Deep Merlot Riserva with a multi-layered bouquet reminiscent of dried fruit, wild raspberries, blackberries and tobacco. Very dense fruit on the palate, powerful body and polished tannins. This wine impressively demonstrates what Merlot can achieve in South Tyrol! So much depth and power in the very long finish. Good ageing potential. SUPERIORE.DE
"Gently shining ruby red with a fine rim. Spicy and with savoury fruit on the nose of very ripe plum and sweet cherry, plus saddle leather and tobacco leaf. Polished on the palate, generous in the fruit, with liquorice, inviting and with a very long finish." Falstaff
"Spicy aromas of green olives, dried dill and smoke give way to a lovely palette of black cream cherries, dried raspberries, star anise and mineral notes on the palate of this fresh, well-structured red wine with medium body, fine-grained tannins and good length." Wine Spectator
"The Merlot Riserva Gant 2021 bursts from the glass with vibrant wild blueberries complemented by sweet spices and grated sage. It is soft and enveloping with an abundance of ripe red and blue fruits that stain the palate. Tactile mineral tones add a crisp feel towards the finish. The 2021 cleanses beautifully through the long and lightly textured final, leaving crisp tannins and an aftertaste of wild berries." Vinous
"A rich and inviting bouquet of red and dark berries, sweet spices, walnuts and dried flowers. Medium to full-bodied, supple and polished, with juicy fruit in the centre and ripe, fine-grained tannins. Bright and juicy finish." James Suckling

Only 2,500 bottles were bottled in this vintage. Light golden yellow in colour. The dense bouquet exudes the aroma of quinces and dried apricots, with a high viscosity in the glass and on the palate. “Zitelle Casa Rossa” Sauvignon Bianco Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2021
Sauvignon Bianco Casa Rossa is pleasantly floral with nuances of camomile and freshly cut pear. Its soft texture is balanced by a zesty acidity, while candied ginger balances green apples and a hint of nectarine. The finish is long, structured and floral, with a hint of candied lime and salty minerals that linger to the smoky final. Casa Rossa is a pleasure bomb, but perfectly balanced. SUPERIORE.DE
"The Sauvignon Vigneto Zitelle Casa Rossa 2021 needs time to open up. It is dusty and floral with aromas of gravel, dried flowers and nectarines that slowly unfold in the glass. It is silky to the touch, with an admirable weight balanced by fresh acidity. Vibrant green apple and melon sweep across the palate, leaving a hint of minerality. The 2021 folds in on itself on the finish, youthful yet with a saturation of primary concentration that lingers. A tart lemon peel note keeps me reaching for the glass to drink more. The Zitelle Casa Rossa has a lot to say, but you have to be patient. This is an absolutely stunning Sauvignon. This is the first vintage of Casa Rossa from a Zitelle parcel with significantly more active limestone in the soils. It is an absolute flagship." Vinous

The star from Tenuta Sant'Antonio: A rich dark ruby red, its bouquet of wild fruits, black pepper, tobacco and spices is a delight for the nose. Fruity and full-bodied, yet velvety and very sophisticated in its character - an austere, characterful and elegant Amarone, whose terrificfinish is accompanied by noble tannins. SUPERIORE.DE
"It has distinct aromas of chocolate wheat and spiced plum crumble. Tart black fruits and balsamic freshness lurk in the mouth with streaks of tangy red fruits and dusty spices, supported by fine, grainy tannins. It's sweet and juicy and shows some chalky tautness on the palate, giving this big wine a desirable finesse." Decanter
"Ruby red with a tendency towards violet. The nose reveals clear notes of sour cherry, cherry, plum, blood orange and undergrowth, followed by floral notes of rose and violet. Gradually, spicy notes unfold. Full, juicy and fruity on the palate, with splendid tannins, finishing delicately bitter on the long finish." Falstaff
"The Tenuta Sant'Antonio Famiglia Castagnedi 2017 Amarone della Valpolicella Campo dei Gigli reveals a very savory character with dried fruit, lots of plum and spicy back notes that transition to tarry smoke and barbecue. The wine is full-bodied and slightly evolved due to the hot vintage conditions." Wine Advocate
"Thick and rather syrupy dried black fruits face a wall of black pepper and toasted oak on the nose, which turns to liquorice on the palate. Any subtler, more complex character waits for now for the youthful fruit and oak to clear the main stage. And that can take some time. Nevertheless, this wine is already very pleasant to drink and will give pleasure for many years to come." James Suckling
"The 2017 Amarone della Valpolicella Campo dei Gigli is intense, like opening an ash stone to discover a wealth of dried black cherries, cinnamon sticks, incense and dried herbs. The texture is deep, with a balanced inner sweetness highlighted by vibrant acidity, while the depths of tart red fruits slowly saturate the palate with primary concentration. The 2017 finishes structured and dramatically long, making a case for further cellaring." Vinous

Barolo DOCG 2018
The grapes for the estate's classic Barolo come from the vineyards/communes of Ornato, La Serra, Briccolina in Serralunga d'Alba, Gustava and Garretti in Grinzane Cavour, Roncaglie in La Morra, Ravera in Novello and, from the 2015 vintage, also from Mosconi in Monforte d'Alba. It is more of a traditional, classic Barolo with an exciting bouquet of deep, dark fruit and a pretty potpourri of rose petals, spices, smoke and tar. It is full-bodied and firm on the palate, opening up with plenty of dense tannins, very powerful, with pressure and a full bite on the finish, designed for a long life. SUPERIORE.DE
"Medium, warm red colour; red fruity, caramel, coffee-like, leafy, deep, very inviting; round, fine, then dense, warm tannin, caramel, length, pleasing." Merum
"Even the colour is surprisingly transparent and light-coloured. The entry-level Barolo has an open, attractive bouquet with freshly picked cranberries and redcurrants, persimmon, ripe cherries, playful, shimmering, linear and multi-layered. Rather cool than opulent. Very finely woven on the palate, very elegant and almost floating, a finesse piece for elegance drinkers." Weinwisser
"Clearly fleshy-animalic aroma with red berry and fine vegetal flavours, a little dried herbs, a hint of juniper and dried floral traces. Clear, taut, almost cool, tart and juicy fruit, a little cocoa, coffee and allspice, also juniper tones, present, youthful, yet very fine tannins, some bite, persistent, elegant style, very good, juicy and finely spiced finish. A beauty." Wein-Plus
"Bright, radiant ruby red colour. Delicately spicy on the nose, some cherries and raspberries, with a hint of undergrowth, medium expression overall, yet inviting. Polished on the palate, with velvety tannins, already extremely accessible, drinks excellently, salty and radiant on the final." Falstaff
"Brilliant medium ruby red colour. Balsamic nose that slowly rises from the glass. Hints of garden herbs, brooding cherry and cranberry. Still a little tight on the nose, but more approachable on the palate with ripe, supple fruit and plenty of richness without being heavy. Lots of grainy, flavoursome tannins and a fairly firmly structured, fruit-driven finish." Jancis Robinson
"Classic bright garnet red in the glass, the wine focuses on cherry stones with tar, violets, a little camphor and sweet spices. The attack is firm and crisp, with a brilliant crispness on the palate and grainy tannins that carry through to a slightly austere finish. There's a little lack of flesh - a feature of the 2018 vintage - but this is one of the best Barolo from the village this year." Decanter
"Pio Cesare is on a wave of success, producing outstanding Barolo vintage after vintage. This wine is of tremendous intensity and beauty, with fragrant layers of pressed flowers, wild berries, vanilla and spice. It boasts a dark, powerful appearance and firm tannins supported by an excellent quality of fruit." Wine Enthusiast
"The Barolo Pio is once again impressive in 2018. Deep, multi-layered and so expressive, the 2018 offers an unusual elegance right from the start. The dark, mentholated aromas and flavours are fascinating. In 2018, the Barolo Pio also offers a certain depth that is rare in wines of this level. All elements are perfectly balanced. This is a very good vintage for the Pio." Vinous
"The 2018 Barolo opens with ripe aromas of dried plums and tobacco. This vintage lacks some of the complexity of a cooler growing season, but the results are anything but monochromatic. Those tobacco flavours recede to cedar, earth, forest floor and a hint of shaved truffle." Wine Advocate
"Aromas of spicy red cherries on a loamy base, along with savoury notes of forest floor and walnut shells. Also some orange peel. Full-bodied with very fine, firm and silky tannins and lots of long, concentrated fruit and spice flavours. Good structure for 2018, best from 2024." James Suckling

“Contrada FL Fossa di Lupo” Rosso Terre Siciliane IGT 2020 (BIO)
The Frappato Vino di Contrada FL (from Contrada Fossa di Lupo) shows a slightly looser texture than the other two Contrada wines that have been part of Arianna Occhipinti's portfolio for 4 vintages. The Contrada Fossa di Lupo provides much of the fruit used for the entire Occhipinti line. It consists of sandy limestone with red and dark brown clay veins. The wine shows aromas of red fruits, including plums and blackberries. Slight hints of exotic spices only emerge after the Frappato has had time to really unpack in the glass. This wine is perhaps the most open of the three. Only 2,700 bottles were produced. SUPERIORE.DE
"A dark, rich expression with earthy red and black cherry flavours and a bright, stony palate with intensely tart wild red fruits. It has a pronounced spiciness and sharpness that seems to come from the yeasts, leading to a dry finish with juicy cherry and strawberry notes." Decanter
"The Frappato Vino di Contrada FL 2020 has a more delicate style with aromas of wild roses and flowers rising delicately from the glass. Behind this are earthy tones, baked aubergine skin and slight hints of roasted fennel seeds. On the palate, the wine is tart and fresh, with equally macerated flavours. This wine is the somewhat wilder of the three Contrada wines in the series. The fruit comes from the Contrada Fossa di Lupo, with reddish and dark brown soils." Wine Advocate

“Contrada BB Bombolieri” Rosso Terre Siciliane IGT 2020 (BIO)
The Frappato Vino di Contrada BB from the single vineyard Bombolieri is the darkest and most saturated of the three Frappato wines. This vineyard lies high on a promontory with white limestone soils. The expression is open and accessible like the other wines, but in this wine there is an added layer of earth or potting soil to the bright red and black fruits one perceives on the nose. This wine also seems to have extra layering and textural richness. All this fruit is topped with a fresh acidity that plays a big role and makes this wine a nice partner for creamy fettuccine. Only 2,400 bottles were produced. SUPERIORE.DE
"It has some flinty reduction at this early phase in its life, hinting at milk chocolate, black cherry and earthy red fruit aromas. In the mouth it's grippy, broad and juicy, offering dark hedgerow berry flavours with a depth of warm soil, cardamom and peppery spice." Decanter
"The Frappato Vino di Contrada BB 2020 has a slightly richer colour with aromas of dark fruits such as black cherry and fresh plums. I like the impeccable balance of the BB (from Contrada Bombolieri with sandy soils and stones)." Wine Advocate

Barbaresco DOCG 2019 (BIO)
Ceretto's entry-level Barbaresco comes from different sites, mostly younger vines from Asili (35%) and the lower part of Bernadot (65%). Bright, elegant ruby red. It has full energy and vivacity and offers excellent persistence and remarkable balance. On the nose, sweet red cherry, mint, pine, liquorice and candied orange peel. Taut and ferruginous on the palate, very juicy, salty, stretches precisely across the tongue, with some pressure, considerable juicy-long finish. After good aeration already impressively accessible when young. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright garnet red with ruby reflections. Intense nose of sour cherry and rosehip, then some leather, tobacco and forest floor, complex. On the palate filigree mouth entry, with soft tannin, harmonious and well balanced, elegant, juicy finish." Falstaff
"This has aromas of oak and toasted nut that come to the forefront while berry and spice stay in the background. Tightly wound and primary, the palate offers raspberry jam, vanilla and licorice alongside close-grained tannins that grip the close. Fresh acidity keeps it bright." Wine Enthusiast
"The 2019 Barbaresco is bright and nicely focused. Crushed red berry fruit, cedar, tobacco and spice are lifted. Veins of supporting tannin and acid give this mid-weight, nervy Barbaresco lovely energy. The 2019 is elegant and also quite promising." Vinous
"The 2019 Barbaresco displays high-toned aromas of sweet raspberries, rose petals and liquorice that anticipates an open-knit palate with clear-cut flavours of crunchy raspberries and redcurrants. Ripe acidity and well-extracted tannins extend the attractively floral and balsamic finish." Decanter
"This is a very firm young Barbaresco with dried strawberry, crunchy fruit and fresh flowers, such as roses. Bitter lemon and tar, too. Full-bodied, chewy and polished. Flavorful finish." James Suckling
"The Ceretto 2019 Barbaresco is an organic wine that paints a clear picture of a beautiful vintage. Tart cherry, white licorice and dusty earth lift from the bouquet and give this wine a sharp sense of focus and intensity. Ceretto has released a superb set of Barbarescos this year, starting with this classic expression." Wine Advocate

“Contrada PT Pettineo Vino” Rosso Terre Siciliane IGT 2020 (BIO)
The Frappato Vino di Contrada PT (with fruit from the Contrada Pettineo) is a shade lower in colour intensity than the BB. This wine is similar to the FL in terms of accessibility and the very silky and delicate nature of its fruit. Arianna Occhipinti has achieved something marvellous for our collective understanding of the Frappato grape with the fermentation of these contrasting wines. Pettineo has sandy soils, and the Alberello vines (later converted to trellises) are over 60 years old. It is definitely on the right track, as you get a better understanding of the range of the grape variety. This expression shows bright freshness, wild berries, wild roses and hints of sweet almonds. Around 2,700 bottles were produced. SUPERIORE.DE
"It's the finest and most perfumed of the three contrada wines, offering hedgerow berries and lovely florality. Intense, vibrant red fruits and juicy acidity combine on the textured, airy, vertical palate, with some hints of dried cherry on the long, sapid finish. Delicious!" Decanter
"The Frappato Vino di Contrada PT 2020 (from old vines of Contrada Pettineo) has a unique bouquet that stands out from the other wines in this series, especially in this warm and sunny vintage. There is a hint of purple plum, but the aromas are mainly focused on red fruit flavours with cassis and fresh cherries. I love the lively, powerful approach of this vibrant wine. It feels very lively." Wine Advocate

“Alberelli di Giodo” Nerello Mascalese Sicilia DOC 2021
The annual production of this boutique winery on Etna is just 9,000 bottles. At an altitude of 950 metres above sea level, the one and a half hectares of vines are divided into eight tiny plots and have been gradually bought up by the well-known Oenologist. The area is planted with Nerello Mascalese bush vines, which have been spared the phylloxera phylloxera and make their way through the lava-covered terraces.
The single vines, which are on average 80 to 100 years old, are cultivated in the traditional, low-bush Alberello style, to which the wine owes its name. Alberelli di Giodo is extremely elegant and flavoursome and represents the minerality and finesse typical of its volcanic growing region to a remarkable degree. SUPERIORE.DE
"The grapes for the red wine grow outside the DOC at over 950 metres above sea level and are planted with 80 to 100-year-old Nerello Mascalese bush vines. Wonderful, Burgundian-like nose with red berries, the finest cherries as well as subtle florality and smoky spice. On the palate, it has an elegant structure with a mineral and earthy centre, supported by fine acidity and fine, juicy, ripe tannins." Weinwisser
"Medium, bright ruby red colour with a slightly brightening rim. Lots of herbs and some fruit on the nose, thyme, dried oregano and some lemon balm, juicy raspberries and redcurrants. Very animating on the palate, straightforward and with a fine fruit core, appealing length and fine-grained tannins." Falstaff
"Aromas of plum, iron and pumice with some flowers. It is medium-bodied with powdery, fine tannins. It is complex and elegant, yet very structured. Very long and concentrated. Wild finish with an undertone of lava. Directly above the Contrada di Rapante. Drinkable, but better in two or three years." James Suckling

“Krafuss” Pinot Nero Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2022 (BIO)
Garnet red with a ruby red reflection and light-coloured rim. Distinct, typical varietal flavour with notes of red berries, cherries and fine spices, cinnamon and white pepper. Clearly perceptible but well-integrated wood flavour. Full flavour with a balanced, medium body and fresh finish with a delicate hint of bitter almond and a long, elegant aftertaste. SUPERIORE.DE
"A classy pinot noir full of complexity in a restrained, mineral-laden style. The nose shows earthy strawberries, boiled beets, smoky notes and orange vibrancy. Super-fresh character on the palate, with a full body and silky, elegant tannins soaked with violets and blood oranges. Peach tea and cinnamon in the finish." James Suckling

“Giovanni Neri” Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2022
Neris Edel-Rosso was born with the purchase of a very special vineyard. True to the winery's philosophy of only producing wines from the best terroirs around Montalcino, the small 7-hectare plot with over 45-year-old vines was acquired in 2018. This was preceded by over 40 years of friendship with the previous owners, with whom Giovanni Neri planted the vines and nurtured and cared for them over the past decades. Incidentally, the best grapes from this vineyard have been used for a small quantity of the Brunello di Montalcino of the same name since the 2018 vintage.
Fine aroma of strawberries, herbs and young leather. Taut and lively on the palate, the Sangiovese fruit is very precisely nuanced, flanked by powerful but by no means aggressive tannins. Long and round on the palate, with remarkable freshness and cheerfulness. Will continue to improve over the next few years with further bottle ageing. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright ruby red colour. Great, expressive nose, rich berry fruit, clear, shows great spicy notes, reminiscent of milk chocolate in the aftertaste. Juicy, compact on the palate with savoury, gripping tannins and clear fruit, slightly salty on the finish." Falstaff
"Quite a primary, fruit-conscious Rosso di Montalcino that shows color and vibrancy. Spiced plums, dark earth, black cherries and touches of blue fruit and minerals. Ripe, tight and juicy, with some chewy, vertical tannins and a long finish. A modern Rosso." James Suckling
"The 2022 Rosso di Montalcino Giovanni Neri is marvellous. Perfumed and fruit-driven, it impresses with a bouquet of violets, roses, spiced citrus fruits and sage. It is juicy to the core. Tactile mineral tones emphasise a pure blend of cherries and strawberries. The 2022 finishes with tremendous length and concentration, more like a Brunello than a Rosso, with fine-grained tannins humming under a hint of sweet lavender." Vinous

“Firraru Family & Friends” Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT 2022 (BIO)
Firraru is Feudo Maccari's latest big hit: an enchantingly cool Grillo in a small batch from black soils characterised by limestone, clay skeleton and an iron-rich matrix. Crystal clear yellow with golden reflections. Complex aroma of citrus fruits, fine flavours of vanilla and roasted cinnamon. Fresh and perfectly structured on the palate, with a fine tannin structure and an enveloping, very long flavour. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Very complex bouquet of yellow apple, apricot, pineapple and mango on the nose, accompanied by jasmine blossom and some almonds. Great entry on the palate with a delicate mellowness, lots of juiciness and harmonious freshness, very fruity in the long final." Falstaff
"Intense toastiness on the nose, with apricot, peach and a mix of candied fruit. Leasy palate with a smooth, rich texture and a long, toasted aftertaste. All balanced by zesty acidity. Ambitious wine." James Suckling

Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC 2014 dolce
Giovanni Manetti's Vin Santo del Chianti Classico consists of 50% Malvasia and 50% Sangiovese and was aged for 84 months in small oak barrels. The wine is absolutely stunning - from start to finish - and there are just 1,000 bottles of it.
It shows bright amber reflections that alternate with the same dark brown colour as a polished chestnut shell. Its thick, viscous consistency glides over the smooth surfaces of the glass with the soft, slow movements of maple syrup. The bouquet leaves notes of honey, brown sugar, roasted nuts, rum cake, vanilla, white truffle, candied apricots and moist pipe tobacco firmly etched in the memory. You don't drink this wine. Instead, you sip it and savour every last drop. SUPERIORE.DE

Oseleta Veneto IGT 2013
"The 2013 Oseleta is dark and brooding, but also seductive, with balsamic spices, cocoa and mentholated herbs giving way to cinnamon-dusted blackcurrants. It envelops the palate with a silky fruit texture, but quickly gains tension as a stimulating acidity and sour citrus nuances meet under a hint of rosy inner flowers. It finishes structured and coats the cheeks with fine-grained tannins, while traces of liquorice and tobacco fade. The 2013 Oseleta is a wild wine that is still years away from its optimal drinking window. That said, I doubt the acidity will ever recede, so plan to enjoy it with a savoury stew or a fatty cut of meat." Vinous
"Tantalising aromas of baked cherries with dried red and purple flowers follow through to a tight and concentrated, medium-bodied palate with plenty of fruit and still active tannins. The finish is crisp and quite tart. For a 10-year-old red wine, it seems so young. It comes from one of the traditional red grapes in the Amarone blend and shows here what it can do as a soloist." “Feudo di Mezzo” Rosso Etna DOC 2021
Sparkling ruby colour. Earthy notes, some truffle, pomegranate, then lots of blackberry. Round and supple in attack and finish, opens with fine-meshed tannins, enveloped in sweet enamel, mineral-salty hints on the final, raspberry, some black tea, volcanic smoke and a firm pressure. SUPERIORE.DE
"Healthy and energetic wine. Lots of red cherries, maraschino liqueur, rose petals, and ruby grapefruits followed by crushed lava rock undertones. Structured and creamy with crunchy and chewy tannins lifting the palate. Opulent floral characters give this an edge at the end." James Suckling
