    Passerina is an autochthonous grape variety that is particularly widespread in Abruzzo and Marche and has awoken from its slumber in recent years. Pale yellow in colour, with a fresh citrus bouquet with exotic notes and a lovely acidity, it is always a reliable accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine and is also a delight to drink on its own.
