"The 2017 Bianco More Maiorum is very tasty in the glass, combining musk, dried apricots, yellow flowers, ginger and crushed rock. The palate is almost salty, showing a crisp purity of tart fruit and mineral tones, with an almost crisp feel towards the finish.
