This Fine is made from white grapes and was aged for one year in wooden barrels. It is elegant with a beautiful bouquet and a fine medium sweetness. Light amber. The more than 2 years maturing in oak barrels makes this Marsala very balanced, in the bouquet the typical Marsala aromas are rounded off by a fine oak spice. The grapes for this full-bodied Trockenbeerenauslese dry naturally on the vine to maximise the concentration of fruit sugar and aromas. They are harvested late and fermented in barriques. The enterprising British merchant Benjamin, known as "Bip", founded a company after arriving in Sicily in 1806, which was instrumental in the rise of Marsala in the world. This white dessert wine with DOCG status is made from 100% Garganega grapes from selected volcanic plots in the Costeggiola vineyard in Soave, where the grapes are predestined for drying due to the advanced age of the vines (22 to 50 years) and the resulting very manageable yield. This takes place for three to five months in the "fruttaio", after which the wine is matured for 30 months in stainless steel tanks and 5 hl wooden barrels.

This Moscato Passito is the result of over 20 years of experience. "Over time," explains the president of the company, Piero Quadrumolo, "we have managed to find an optimal balance with the aim of obtaining an aromatic wine with the clear varietal character of a Moscato that is not too broad or boring and also has good acidity."
