    "LARISERVA" Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC 2022 brut

    LARISERVA is a white vinified Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante and matures for 12 months on the fine lees in pressurised tanks using the Martinotti method (Charmat method). Fine powdery pink colour. Delicate bouquet with pretty floral notes and hints of grapefruit and rhubarb. Soft, drinky and incredibly fresh on the palate, very elegant on the finish with a fine spiciness in the background.
