Out with the clichés, in with the surprise! Paltrinieri's most famous Lambrusco wine will also delight every connoisseur. Radice is produced using the Pét Nat method (Metodo Ancestrale) and therefore undergoes a second fermentation on its own yeast after bottling. This naturally cloudy, dry frizzante impresses on the nose with notes of rhubarb, a fresh citrus flavour and a hint of bread. The persistent, fine perlage and its drinkynature make it a racy accompaniment to savoury, spicy antipasti, light meat dishes or simply a lively celebration in the midst of nature and cheerful people.
