Dark cherry red with violet reflections. Intense aroma of sweet, preserved Amarena cherries and sour cherries, with a delicate herbal flavour, very inviting. Sweet fruit again on the palate, embedded in a fine, sparkling mousse, long-lasting and fresh, with a lively acidity on the finish. Wild plums and sour cherries seem to have been steeped in a bowl of wild mint and thyme, with intriguing hints of mushroom and freshly turned earth adding depth to the aromatic profile. The palate is lush, brimming with a medley of purple fruits, and the finish is touched with a delightful sweetness that lingers and is lifted by an energetic pop of acidity on the finish."
